I was in a short term jam and needed $400 to get me through a difficult period. Moneykey staff were incredibly friendly and informative and provided me with the funding I needed. In addition, their explanation as to how the fees worked was comprehensive and I also appreciated the flexibility of their paydown schedule. Ofcourse I wish the cost was less but I know from experience that these are not inexpensive loans but they are still most helpful when I'm in an urgent situation. Thank you Moneykey. You are by far the best lender I have borrowed from.

Excellent experience with Renee. S customer service rep who handled my issue. I myself am a call center director and would be more then proud to have her be apart of my call center team. Knowledgeable, Friendly and made sure everything was taken care of even stayed on the phone with me to walk me through my signed documents to make sure they went though just so that I'm able to receive my funds bay Friday, July, 28th, 2017. Thank you again Renee. S I hope your managers print this out and stick this message on your Good News Wall or even in your file.

I would like to express my GREAT Customer Service that I experienced today by Representative Shevonne! She was very professional and very kind. She answered all of my concerns with a smile and in a timely manner considering that I'm at work and my time was limited. I explained to her how I had issues trying to apply for a loan via internet. Great fast reliable service. My specialist T'yawne was outstanding. Everything was exactly as was explained. I applied on a Holiday and was able to receive my funds the Next day. Everything was upfront. Service was so reliable, I was able to pay for my truck repairs on time. I thank you guys so much for this service. You guys Rock! By the way please consider giving T'yawne an accommodation as she provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. She even followed up with me to make sure I was funded and satisfied. I called and asked for a lead or supervisor to let them know that my customer service agent was extremely helpful, proffesional and made this process very simple and clear and I wanted to write a review on him. He sent me a link and his name and it hot delegated from my mailbox. I got into my account / chat and o was sent this ( not what I asked for) but will have to do.
His name was Suno I think, he was in Canada and this gentleman was respectful, pleasant, kind and just a very helpful agent who knew his job and works well with people. Please make sure this gets to his supervisors.

I was going through all the reviews, and all I see is a bunch of ignorant crybabies. When I got this loan I paid attention to the way they explained everything to me and I understood it perfectly. I knew that it would be expensive if I kept it for a long time. These kind of loans are meant to be short term if you pay them off quick it's easy. All I know is moneykey was there when I had an emergency and they were the only ones willing to help me. I borrowed 300 and was supposed to do 18 payments of 54 but instead I did 2 payments of 100 and then I came up with the full amount of 175 to pay it off since I kept it short I didn't have to pay back so much. Be smart about your financial decisions instead of blaming the company that was willing to help you in your time of need.

I was pleased in the beginning dealing with Rosalyn. Unfortunately the following day I dealt with someone else who greatly upset me & who obviously didn't know what she was talking about since she asked me the same questions I had already answered in my application & denied my loan request. I asked to speak to someone else since I had already been told it was approved... I just needed to complete the verification. The woman who came to the phone said she was a supervisor & asked me a few questions & she told me the same thing, "that my loan request was denied". I asked about the conversation I had had with Rosalyn & she said she would listen to the conversation, but the decision was made & my application was declined. Shortly thereafter Rosalyn called me & told me that my earlier conversion with the other women was incorrect. I completed the verification process & the requested money was in my bank account the next morning.

I honestly thought quality customer service was dead... until today when I spoke to Harold from MoneyKey. He was professional, well informed, patient, understanding, but most of all- empathetic to my service needs. Harold left such an impression on me, that I requested to speak with his supervisor to relay the 100% satisfaction that I had with said service. I asked his supervisor if people with Harold's same pleasant disposition was the norm at MoneyKey- and he assured me that hiring people like Harold was important for their company. Furthermore, I had never heard of MoneyKey before, so I was initially wary. However, Harold seemed so jovial as he asked me the required questions needed to get my loan approved, that I couldn't help but trust in the process. Therefore, I left the experience feeling at ease- and knowing that this would not be my last time doing business with MoneyKey. Again, thank you Harold for being such a nice person, and treating your customers with dignity and respect; it is much appreciated. I'm happy to report that great customer service isn't dead after all!

I've taken out several loans with y'all but on this particular loan I've called 3 times, first time I spoke to Jennifer with general questions about why my loan payment increased and she was beyond helpful in making sure I completely understood why. I thought wow anytime I call ya'll from now on I only want to deal with her because like most places there are usually only one or two awesome customer care reps. Well not true, the 2nd time I called was hurricane Harvey hit Houston, I was stranded out of town and they worked with me on my payment to help me out with the financial difficulties I was going through, unfortunately I don't remember the person's name I talked to but again was beyond helpful, 3rd time, was after Harvey left town, Houston was locked down over a week and I missed out on work and when I called I spoke to Samantha and she told me unfortunately they can't NORMALLY help out with 2 payments in a row. I told her I'd missed out on work because of the hurricane so she went to her supervisor and again they helped me out with a reduced payment due to extenuating circumstances. Without Samantha's and her supervisors help I would have a very difficult 2 weeks ahead of me. So I would not call them customer service reps but customer CARE reps because you have to care to help and that goes for everyone I've dealt with there. So thank you Moneykey and thank you Samantha!

Monkey key is what it is. they are very forthcoming on their terms. If you agree to them then it is on you. If you use them as a short term loan and pay them back you will be ok. Truth is most of us use them because we cannot secure another loan. They have upfront with me and have used them as short term. Sure interest is high but better than most

Has sent something to a collection agency with my name on it, however, I have never borrowed from this company, nor any other payday company. How do you even get my name?

Would like information on the collection agency that they sold or turned over my debt to. Thomas Fisher @ [protected] contacted numerous people when he had contact information for me directly. Also want info on agency. United phone # [protected]. Seeking to file for harassment against them. First Mr. Fisher contacted numerous people that they felt had a connection to me when some of these people do not. They told one person that they contacted that I put her down as a reference when I did not. When I called the 888 number he provided me the person on the other end treated me like a criminal and wouldn't even let me talk. I tried to get information regarding the debt. She had personal information so know that they had my contact info and didn't need to contact the other people they contacted. After getting no information from the lady at United Firm (who advised that she didn't have to send me proof of the debt) Mr. Fisher later called me again at my work number to say he was coming to my place of employment to serve me.

Please, don't be so naive like me, don't waste your time and money dealing with these people.
Even if you take a small loan from them, you will pay 3-4 time more and it can ruin your budget. I don't know what I was thinking when I signed up the papers. Now I have to pay $1000 in total instead of $300 I borrowed.
Please, don't let them rob you. Look for different places for taking loans.

Yes yes yes, the same thing happens to everyone who deals with MoneyKey. You think that you have a definite number of payments, but all of a sudden you find out that they increased it for no reason.
Or if you made a final payment and it turned out that you owe them some money and it doesnt't matter that you paid on time, you will have to give them more money anyway.
Here's one way out of this: don't deal with MoneyKey!

I'm shocked with MoneyKey customer support. I was not satisfied with their service and I called their phone number to discuss that with their support. Person was nasty and rude. After I explained everything, she said that I was a liar and asked me not to call again! What kind of support is that?
MoneyKey need to do something about their customer service!
I told the rude lady that I will contact MoneyKey owner about her attitude and she just disconnected. Terrible!

I took lo*n from the company www.moneykey.com. I took $300 and already returned the half of the sum. I contacted the rep and asked if it was possible to pay them less and extend the deal. The seller agreed and after someone time I received the voice mail, where they asked to pay money in this month. Seriously? Then, why they have agreed to extend the deal. Terrible deal and services, as well as I don’t understand the rep.

I took loan from the company www.moneykey.com. I spoke with the rep, who provided the list of payments. I needed to return $120 per month. It was fair enough, so I agreed and got loan. I recently checked my account and it turned out that they took $120 for the first month, but after that they took $180 and $90. Completely strange sums and they didn’t warn me about these withdrawals. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Don’t deal with the company www.moneykey.com. I took $800 from them, and the rep told me that they would take $150 from me each month. I was really surprised, when I checked my account and it turned out that they already overcharged me. They took $150 only for one month, but later they started to take larger sums. I tried to reach the rep, but no one replied. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal and take loans from such dishonest people.

I desperately needed money and I decided to use the services of www.moneykey.com. I wanted to borrow $500 and the agent didn’t tell me the amount, which I would need to return, but at that moment I needed only money. I borrowed this sum, but after that the agent told me to return $2000. WTF? How it possible. I started to argue with them, but the agent told me that they would call to the police. So be careful if you borrow from this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with these scammers.

I borrowed 400.00 from Money Key they told me my pay moment be 90.00 each month but they lied . When I called them about how my payments being 122.00 each month they gave me all kind of excuses. I also ask them for statement and long itt takes to pay this bill they would give me a ask.
