I have had a memorial site for my husband since Dec 24, 2006. I cannot access the site, nor contact anyone to see what has happened. Family & friends visit this site regularly, and no one can find the webpage. I paid in full for a life-time webpage!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had this website for over 20 years for my daughter there are 20 years of lit candles pictures and friends who have written to her on this site and I have written years of letters to my Clancy please is there some way I can get these back
Same here. My brother's site for over 20 years. Disgusting they wouldn't inform their paying customers and offer the ability to retrieve their contents before removing the site.
This Son of a [censored] is in Israel Tal the owner. Any attorney out there able to tell us what we can do to sue him here in the US.
ritafightingforyou@yahoo.com lets file a class action on this man. Memory Of is committing multiple felonys.
Today is 18 January, 2013 and the memory-of website is down and it is loaded with viruses and torjans. BE CAREFUL. IF this site every gets back up and running, I would remove your information and shut the site down. My son's website has random candles lit and posts that look like they are from me, but they are not. It's all so strange and sad. Be careful, this site is now being run out of Isreal so good luck trying to get your money back.

I light a candle for my husband every single day. It's like they are taking him away fromme again, every time I attempt. I have a life-time membership for his site, as well as my sisters. This is very upsetting. When my banks website is going down, they have the courtesy to drop me an email, telling me this will happen and when.
They should do the same for us. I am concerned, this is the longest it's been down.
I miss my husband so much. I feel like he'll think I'm deserting him.
My baby girls' website is gone, too! This is terrible! All the tributes, photos and candles just gone! Does anyone know what we can do?

this is horrible. if it went down we should as paid members be able to get all the letters and candles that have been written and posted. my mom goes on the site every single day for the last 5yrs that she lost my dad, this is going to be like losing him all over again. i pray this is temporary.
I am having the same issue with my sisters website and had already paid for a lifetime...I think they went under or something b/c the main site is gone too...I feel screwed :-(
