SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / The seller hasn't sent any info or order

Two weeks ago, we placed large order on the website We paid about $500 for the order and delivery. However, the seller never sent this order to us, so we wrote several emails and asked about the status of our order. Later we found out that he charged the card twice. We sent more emails, but no answer from the seller. It was too much. So we want to open a case against this seller, so maybe someone wants to join us. Please leave comments if you haven't received your purchase.
