My family booked the house through www.luxuryhomegate.com. We paid for money in advance and called to the customer services. We asked the rep to book some entertainment for us and the car of course. The agent told us that he would do it within this day. When we arrived in this house, it turned out that we didn’t have car and nothing about the entertainment. They scam customers, so be careful with them.
I had a great experience with this firm and they did all what we have agreed on, and I would like to recommend them as a concierge very carefull company who did all what was agreed and above. We got a surprise welcome dinner . Thanks Jovanna

This is fully untrue and we do not book cars for anybody . we rent villas only .
When client want's to book the villa we have partners and regular rent a car where we put them, . we do not take a money for car rentals as we are luxury villa rentals agency.
