I bought a dress from and it was a present for my daughter. Unfortunately size was incorrect and dress did not fit her. Then I contacted Lulus online support and asked for an exchange and they agreed. They said they'll contact me back later with further details. Three days later I received a message from Lulus stating they were not able to help me.
I contacted them again and spoke with one of their reps which said that it was not their mistake and responsibility. They literally said that it was my fault that I picked the incorrect size. I am extremely disappointed with such a terrible service!
