www.Locanto.co.uk / I wanted to cancel the order, but agents didn't communicate with me

I ordered iPhone from the company www.Locanto.co.uk. I was really upset, but I wanted to cancel my order. I had some personal issues. I went to the website and tried to do it online, but it was impossible and I needed to contact the seller. I tried to reach online chat agents. They were online, but they didn’t communicate with me and no one replied to my emails. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

Hi Yasemin,

I´m sorry to hear that you had trouble with your purchase. Just keep in mind that the site www.locanto.co.uk doesn´t sell stuff directly, so if you have issues with the purchase you have to contact the seller who posted the ad.
