SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / We got tickets for the wrong dates

We purchased tickets through the company We paid money and got some confirmation info, but the rep sent tickets to completely different dates. We contacted the rep and asked to change it, ‘coz it was big problem for us to change dates. The rep promised and after that we heard nothing from them. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
