My name is Bret and I rarely post reviews however I thought I'd put in my two cents as well. I placed my order in February 2017 and my order arrived in about a week. I placed another emblem order in July 2017 and my item arrived quickly too.
I love the quality/craftsmanship of the emblems received. I would recommend purchasing emblems from koreanautoimports as they have sent me the orders placed. I do notice customer complaints with the company so I can't speak for others. The only input I've got is my own experience.

I want to know where is my order and when will I get it! I can't reach anyone from www.koreanautoimports.com no matter what I do. I sent messages to all their emails and did not receive a reply. The strange thing is that I did not get a tracking number and there was no confirmation that I paid for my order. I spent over $300 here and I want my order or my money back. Too bad I did not check the reviews earlier, this site is a total scam. I want KoreanAutoImports to contact me as soon as possible regarding my order, otherwise I'm going to hire a lawyer.

company delivered order to unknown place
Only negative reviews about the website www.koreanautoimports.com. I ordered some stuff from them and paid about $450 for it. After a month, I contacted the customer services team and started to argue, because my order still hadn’t been delivered. The lady checked my order and told that it was delivered and immediately hung up on me. I called them again, but they refused to return money or explain where they delivered my order. Total scam.
