SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Unprofessional

I have booked two tickets for a game 3 weeks before the event. Two days before the game I received a message from KixFootballTickets stating there were no tickets left and I was promised a refund.
I contacted KixFootballTickets customer service right away and demanded some explanation and they said that they sold me tickets by a mistake. I will never deal with these unprofessional clowns ever again! We were so excited about the game and because of them we missed it!!
