don't risk buying from kesaronline!!
I have ordered three items from Kesaronline and paid for all three! When I received my order there was one item missing and when I emailed Kesaronline customer service they said that missing item was no longer in stock so they were not able to deliver it.
They said I'll get the money back any time soon but they did not refund me! And that's not all! Later I noticed another charge for who knows what but they still claim they did not do that! Such a scam! Don't you ever deal with Kesaronline!
Big fraud liars 4 months still not received the order
please do not buy from this website they are big frauders liars the phone numbers provided all are fake, one of the mobile no +[protected] is working but he is keeping the phone switch off after seeing my phone number. i feel awkward when ever i talk to them they dont have any proper customer service . I have placed my order on 1st Nov 2015 for 8 suits and spend $372 via western union and waited till December and talk on customer support and asked about my order one of the lady name Anita duhan she said production department persons they are not giving approvals for any of the order i asked to refund the amount they just assured me next day i am going to see dispatched status on website login but i haven't seen, after someday i saw dispatched status on 4th February 2016 and i asked to provide me with a tracking number provide me with Fake Air way bill number on epspl.net website i spoke to this courier company they dont have any package regarding that airway bill number, before i spoke to courier company kesaronline people saying that my package was stolen misplaced throwing their mistakes toward courier company and says its going to be loaded on so n so date..., i was keep in touch with them continuously asking about my order and calling, now they are not coming on customer support neither answering the calls nor responding emails, may god give severe punishment more than this thats my hard earned money this is very very disappointed. I saved some of the online chat conversations on customer support and have lot of emails they have responded to me.I dont know weather iam going to get my money back but please somebody take action on this website simply they are traping innocent people like me i am in US very far helpless if i would be in India i will show them definitely do something to stop running this website, please somebody help to stop running this website and put a big punishment for them and go thru their website and refund our money or orders.

I st Nov 2015 for 8 suits, I was very disappointed and helpless due to not answering my calls and not responding my emails and not coming on customer support I wrote a complaint on www.kesaronline.com I was continuously in touched with one of the person from kesaronline bearing phone number 91 [protected] as he was also not answering but finally he answered me and promised me that i am going to get my order soon but as i said they have provided me with a wrong airway bill number earlier this airway bill number was invalid on espsl.net website now this person from kesaronline.com he was on his words provided me with a same airway bill number when i tracked its worked on epspl.net website, after waiting for a long time on 4th March I have received my order for 7 suits, i am happy to have this 7 suits i dont mind to have one more suit at least i got 7 of them atleast i dont know how to withdraw my complaint from here thats why i am writing one more complaint this is not fare and not at all humanity if i dont write anything after receiving my order from kesaronline.com Thanks to kesaronline.com. In last i would say please leave feedbacks for the online shopping companies and express your online shopping experiences so that other people knows before purchasing from any website Thanks.

Fraud!
Hello. I ordered two dresses from Kesaronline back in November. It is said on their website that delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, and it is now late February and I received nothing yet. When I called, no one answered. The phone number they provide on their website is invalid. Then I sent them a message and received a reply stating I'll get my order in 5 days, that never happened. I want my money back, but it seems that they decided to keep my money and my dresses. I'm very disappointed with this company. My sister once ordered a dress from them, it arrived in reasonable time and was lovely, that's why I decided to order something too. Never again!

I purchased Indian dress from www.kesaronline.com. I received the tracking number, but it didn’t work. I contacted the seller, but he told me to wait 2 days and the tracking number would start to work. After 2 days of course nothing worked, the seller stopped to communicate with me. I was really upset. I hope to reach them soon and get full refund, but this company is really irresponsible and I won’t advise my friends to buy from them.

My brother ordered suit from the company www.kesaronline.com. The company simply fooled him, ‘coz they took money and provided completely useless info. After that no communication, no order and no refund. The company is real ###, so better avoid these jerks. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Just now, while surfing on net, I found this complaint forum post. I am very much sure that you a competitor of mine and affraid of our services. You are trying to defame us by putting such post, but be assured that you cant confuse our customers, because our customers are always super impressed with our products quality, most competitive price and award winning after sales services n customer support. This is a bad idea to compete, lets play fair game and beat each other with quality service n win customers. I am contacting this website to check your IP and going to file defamation case against you. All our real customers get order number, invoice from us, and debit note from your bank through which you made the payment. If you are our customer post all those details here and we will refund 100% payment paid by you immediately. We know that our customers are always happy with us and they never get such situation, where they are not getting solution from us and they have to go to such forums. Its really ridiculous, we will not spare you.
Also, People are not fool.. Two complaints posted on this page with 2 names, but actually both are posted by same person. Here is the proof " Read following sentences, which proves language in both complaint is same/similar.
1) "provided completely useless info" ---------- 1a) "I got the confirmation info"
2) "so better avoid these jerks" --------------- 2a) "so beware and better avoid these jerks."
2 months and still no delivery
I purchased Indian dress from the company www.kesaronline.com. I got the confirmation info, and it was mentioned that the delivery would take 20-30 days. It was strange, but I decided to wait simply. Afterwards, I waited 2 months and still my order was in process. The seller didn’t reply. I tried to reach online chat agents, but it seemed that they simply didn’t exist. The worst company and awful attitude towards customers so beware and better avoid these jerks.
I have order dress from kesaronline last month . Delivery date was 4th Nov..till now I haven't get any proper response from them..Delay in delivery reason given by them is quality control has not approved my dress...lol and later festive season excuse...till now I haven't get any proper response neither on delivery date nor on refund policy..They are just fooling around...Kesaronline is not at all recommended...
i have recently bought from this website. they are liars and fraud I agree. they lied about the delivery dates and fraud because their pictures on website and the real items are so different.
