www.Kartquest.com review: The bike was defective and agent, who sold me this bike, disappeared 1

I have bought mini bike from www.Kartquest.com. I spoke with Bob, who helped me to choose the type of the bike. I have paid for the order and for the shipping, but to my surprise the bike arrived broken. The engine missed couple of bolts. The bike looked used and was defective. I tried to find Bob, but it seemed that he disappeared. I asked another agent and he said that they have many orders and he didn’t know how he could help me. The worst services, which I have ever received.
