JotForm Unreliable and Slow: My Experience with JotForm's Forms and Customer Support

I gotta say, I ain't no tech whiz or nothin', but I run my own little biz and I was lookin' for an easy way to make forms. That's when I stumbled upon JotForm.

Gotta admit, makin' them forms was a breeze. The site was pretty easy to navigate and I was able to create what I needed without too much trouble.

But let me tell ya, once that site was up and runnin', it was a whole different story. Seems like it's always down or takin' forever to load. And my clients? Forget about it. They can't even access the dang forms half the time.

And don't even get me started on customer support. There ain't no phone number to call and the support forum is slower than a snail on a hot day. They only replied to half of my requests, which is just plain unacceptable when you're tryin' to run a business.

I'm already lookin' for a more reliable alternative 'cause I ain't got time to be dealin' with technical issues every week with no help from customer support. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of JotForm, folks.

JotForm JotForm Review: Major Security Flaw Puts Your Personal Information at Risk

JotForm is a website that allows you to create forms for various purposes. However, I have had a negative experience with their support team when it comes to data safety. It seems like they don't care about your personal information and won't even check if you're creating a phishing form. This is a major security flaw that needs to be addressed.

I received an email with my social security number, full date of birth, physical address, phone number, and other personal data fields without any prior knowledge or solicitation. I was shocked and immediately contacted JotForm support to report this issue. However, their response was disappointing. They told me to contact the form creator directly and that JotForm is not responsible for the content of the form. This is unacceptable as sensitive data is coming from their website and they should take responsibility for what people are doing on it.

In my opinion, using JotForm is a risk to your identity and livelihood. If you want your personal information to be known by a random stranger, then go ahead and use the website. But if you value your privacy and security, I would advise against it. It's frustrating that JotForm doesn't seem to care about their users' safety and security. I hope they take this issue seriously and make changes to ensure that their users' personal information is protected.

JotForm JotForm Review: Create Online Forms with Ease and Security

JotForm is a really cool online application that lets you create forms that you can submit online, with SSL submissions and payments. It's super easy to use and has a drop box interface that makes it easy for each submission to land in your drop box.

You can set it up to send the information directly to your email address, or leave it on the server where you can download the CSV, Excel, or PDF submissions. You can also do everything through logging in and downloading, having them on drop box and landing in your email.

You can also configure it so that the email arrives in your account as though it was sent directly from the person submitting the form.

For those who will have less than 100 submissions per account, the account is free. Above that, you can upgrade to a premium account for $9.95 a month to allow 1000 submissions, up to $49.95 per month for 100,000.

There are a ton of templates to work from with varying styles, or you can create your own.

Integrating the form is easy, using simple copy and paste code for a variety of platforms.

At any point, you can update the form or disable it. It's really easy to use and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to create online forms.

JotForm Jotform Review: The Ultimate Tool for Data Collection and Ecommerce

Jotform is a super cool tool that lets you make forms to collect data. It's so easy to use, even your grandma could do it! You can save the data to a google sheet or send it to other apps with just one click. How cool is that?

But wait, there's more! Jotform can also be connected to PayPal for all your ecommerce needs. It's perfect for small businesses that want to sell stuff online. You can even send the results to your own email address, which is pretty sweet. Not many sites have that feature, so it's definitely a plus.

But the best part is the HTML report feature. You can publish a report with all the results and then use a tool like Microsoft Power BI Desktop to visualize it. It's like magic! You can see all your data in a cool visual format right on your desktop. It's like having your own personal data scientist.

Overall, Jotform is a great tool for anyone who needs to collect data. It's easy to use, has lots of cool features, and is perfect for small businesses. Two thumbs up from me!

JotForm Jotform Review: Flexible Form Builder with Outstanding Customer Service

I've been using Jotform for almost a year now and I've spent countless hours building my forms. I can confidently say that I know this product inside and out. I chose Jotform because I knew my forms were going to be complex and I needed a form builder that was incredibly flexible. Jotform has exceeded my expectations and has met every challenge I've thrown at it. The system is so flexible that I can build any type of form I need without any issues.

But what really sets Jotform apart is their customer service. They don't just answer questions, they go above and beyond to help their customers. For example, when I needed a form to look a certain way, they wrote the CSS code for me! And they always respond in a timely manner. I usually get an answer to my question within a couple of hours. I wish all customer service was as good as Jotform's.

Overall, I highly recommend Jotform. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Their product is top-notch and their customer service is outstanding. If you need a flexible form builder with excellent customer service, Jotform is the way to go.

The site JotForm is a great tool for creating templates and websites that look really nice. However, I have to say that my frustration level was pretty high when I was using the form builder. It seemed like there were a lot of bugs that needed to be worked out.

If you want to make adjustments to your form that go beyond just changing the color or format, you might need to use CSS. This can be a bit intimidating for people who just want to build a simple form.

One thing that really threw me off was that the colors that were displayed on the screen weren't the same as the ones I had picked. But in the end, the colors that I had picked were the ones that showed up on the final form.

When I finally got my form onto my website, I was ready to test it out. But then I got an error message saying that the form wasn't secure. I tried to fix this by using the encryption that was available, but I still couldn't get past the security message.

I didn't want my website's users to see an error message about a security problem with the form, so I ended up deleting it from my site. It was really frustrating because it had taken me several hours to complete and customize the template.

Overall, I would say that JotForm has a lot of potential, but there are definitely some bugs that need to be worked out. If you're looking for a simple form builder, this might not be the best option for you. JotForm JotForm Review: The Best Forms Generator I've Used!

So, I had this task from my new boss to create a membership form for his website. I thought to myself, "No problem, I've done this before." But when I started working on it, I realized that the form generator I used to use was no longer available. I searched the web for a free forms generator and found a few, but none of them worked for me. I even tried an HTML tutorial site that showed several examples of PHP-based forms, but I still couldn't get the email notification to function correctly.

After several hours of trying different sites and generators, I decided to try a commercial site. That's when I discovered JotForm (www.jotform.com). Let me tell you, JotForm is a lifesaver! Their interface is so easy to use and their customizability is top-notch. I was able to create a membership form that impressed my boss and captured all the information we needed.

I'm so glad I found JotForm. It saved me a lot of time and frustration. Thanks, JotForm!

JotForm JotForm Review: Payment Processing is a Hot Mess, Customer Support Non-Existent

This form builder ain't the best if you're taking payments from within your forms. It's been a hot mess for over a year now, with the form submitting multiple times and charging the customer multiple times on a single authorization. The company has known about this issue for at least 14 months, but they haven't done anything about it.

The problem has gotten worse over time, with the same submission coming up to 7 times. One time, the payment failed on the eighth attempt, charging a customer a whopping $2254 on a charge of $322. We were lucky to catch the issue on our end and refunded the charges, but we still had to pay the credit card processing fees of over $65. This happens a few times per day, and it's a real pain in the neck.

Customer support is non-existent. You can submit a ticket, but they'll just tell you that they'll send the issue to their dev team and reply in the ticket thread when it's resolved. I submitted a ticket in January of 2021, and I've posted in it 9 times since then. There's no phone number to call, and they won't call you either. They just say that they don't have phone support available because they need to test things out to find the problems and their solutions, which can be solved over the phone. I think they meant "can't," but I'll let it slide since their English isn't that great.

If you just want a simple "Contact Us" form, then go ahead and use JotForm. But if you're taking payments, then don't subject your customers to this mess. We're building a website with all of our forms built in-house, but it's taking longer than we expected since our forms are pretty complex. It's not worth rebuilding them on an intermediate platform to bridge the gap.

JotForm JotForm Review: Lacking Support and Spam Prevention

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with JotForm. I've been trying to get in touch with them about some sketchy emails that are being sent out through their platform, but I haven't heard a peep back from them. I mean, come on guys, a little communication goes a long way!

Honestly, it seems like JotForm is just trying to copy Formstack. I've had some issues with spammers on Formstack too, but at least they've been responsive and seem to be actively working on the problem. JotForm, on the other hand, seems content to just let the spammers run wild.

I don't want to be too harsh, but JotForm's support is seriously lacking. It's frustrating to feel like you're shouting into the void and not getting any help. And when you combine that with the spam issue, it's just not a great experience overall.

I'm not saying JotForm is all bad - I've used their forms before and they work fine. But when it comes to support and spam prevention, they've got some work to do. Hopefully they'll step up their game soon.

JotForm JotForm's Double Billing Scam: My 7-Month Struggle for a Refund

JotForm done me wrong, they charged me twice and won't give me my money back even though I've been asking for it for 7 whole months. BlueSnap is no help either, they're just as bad as JotForm. They only offered me a measly 3 months credit, but that's not enough to make up for the double billing. I had to cancel my credit card just to stop them from taking my money. JotForm was sneaky about it too, they charged me on different dates and didn't even send me proper notices. My accountant didn't even notice the double billing, that's how sneaky they were. I told JotForm about it when it first happened, but they just kept on doing it anyway. Don't trust JotForm, they'll take your money and run.

JotForm Disappointing Visual Reports: JotForm Review

I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by JotForm. Don't get me wrong, it's a breeze to use and fits right in with my other tools, but when it comes to analyzing the data I've collected, their visual report is just plain amateurish. What's the point of gathering all this info if I can't present it in a way that makes sense? It's like they put all their effort into the form creation side of things and forgot about the reporting aspect. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, sorry.

JotForm Mixed Review of JotForm: Great Widgets, Terrible Customer Service and Unannounced Changes

JotForm is a pretty good form builder, I gotta say. I really like all the widgets and stuff they have, it makes it easy to make a form that looks nice and does what you want it to do. But let me tell you, their customer service is just terrible. Like, really bad. I had an issue with one of my forms and I tried to get in touch with them for help, but it was like pulling teeth. They were slow to respond and when they did, they weren't very helpful. It was frustrating, to say the least.

And then there's the issue with changes. Apparently, JotForm likes to make changes to things without telling anyone. That might not be a big deal if you're just using JotForm on its own, but if you have your form hooked up to other systems (like I did with Zapier), it can cause some serious problems. JotForm made a change that messed up my Zapier integration and it took me hours to fix everything. I had to email customers and it ended up costing me money. Not cool, JotForm.

If you're looking for a form builder, I'd recommend trying out Wufoo Forms instead. They're not perfect either, but at least their customer service is decent and they don't make changes without warning people.

JotForm Mixed Experience with Jotform: Great Form-Making Tool, But Clear Form Button Needs Improvement

Jotform is like a dream come true for anyone who needs to create forms for their website. You can make them look however you want and add whatever fields you need. It's like having a personal form-making wizard at your fingertips. However, I did run into a bit of a snag when I tried to use the clear form button. It worked at first, but then it stopped letting my customers clear the photos they had submitted. It was like the button was playing a game of hide-and-seek with me. I reached out to the Jotform team for help, but it took them a while to get back to me. I was starting to get worried that my website would be stuck in limbo forever. Finally, they told me that they had submitted a ticket to their developers to fix the problem. It's been ten days now and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm glad I haven't launched my website yet, because if I had, this issue could have put me out of business.

JotForm Unsafe and Unreliable: My Terrible Experience with Jotform and Craigslist

This website is not good at all. I had a really bad experience with it. I got an email from someone named Brandy Gill who was trying to scam me. They sent me a link to a form on Jotform that was supposed to be an application for a home on Craigslist. I reported it to Jotform, but they didn't do anything about it. They even lied and said that I had sent the email myself! I couldn't believe it. They didn't take any responsibility for what happened and they didn't even try to explain why it happened. It's really disappointing that they would let scammers and killers use their site like this. It makes me wonder if they're in on it with Craigslist. I've tried to complain to both Jotform and Craigslist, but they never reply back. I would not recommend using this site at all. It's just not safe.

JotForm JotForm Review: Proceed with Caution or RUN?

JotForm is a website that offers a product that you can use on their website. However, if you want to do anything else, you should RUN. If you want to use webhooks, RUN. If you want to require users to login without having that be tied to some kind of "access" requirements, RUN. If you want to embed the form into your own website, RUN. If you want to automate processing JSON via webhook and want to rely on your assigned field names in your form to come through in the JSON, RUN. If you want customer service to actually do ANYTHING about bugs you find for them, RUN. If you want a product that is well-tested and understands that they are dealing with customer data that makes or breaks your ability to do your job as a web developer, RUN.

I could go on and on about the problems I've had with JotForm. But I think I've made the picture clear. Seriously, RUN.

JotForm Mixed Experience with JotForm: Great Customer Service, Frustrating Subscription Changes and Technical Issues

We are a non-profit organization and we decided to go with JotForm for our form needs. We signed up for a year subscription and were excited to start using their service. However, during our fundraising event, we encountered a problem when they changed their allowed payment submissions. This caused our form to shut down and we were in a panic. We reached out to their customer service and within 24 hours, they had our form back up and running. We were relieved and grateful for their quick response.

Unfortunately, we encountered another problem with one of our forms that hasn't even gone live yet. It is still in test mode and we were getting an 'over quota' message when we tried to load it. We submitted a ticket and were told that it was fixed last night. However, this morning we encountered the same problem again. We were frustrated and disappointed with this experience.

One thing that we didn't like about JotForm is that they changed the number of forms and subscriptions that we purchased four months into our subscription. We had to constantly monitor our forms to ensure that they were working properly. This was a painful experience for our non-profit and we don't plan to renew our subscription with JotForm.

Overall, we were happy with their customer service when we encountered problems with our forms. However, the constant monitoring and changes to our subscription made it a frustrating experience. We are now looking for an alternative form service that can better meet our needs.

JotForm Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Negative Experience with JotForm

My experience with JotForm was not a pleasant one. My website developer used their platform to create a form for our site, but unfortunately, my developer went out of business and we were left with no way to access our form. We started receiving messages from JotForm saying that we had exceeded our form quota, and we were unable to make any changes to the form or even access it.

We were willing to upgrade to a paid model, but JotForm would not give us access to our own form without a login. We tried to contact them, but they only had an email service which made it difficult to get a response. As a result, we lost revenue because our customers were unable to book appointments through our site.

It's frustrating that JotForm would not let us access our own forms, and we had to pay a new developer hundreds of dollars to recreate the forms that were already there. Their customer service was terrible, and they didn't seem to care about our situation.

Overall, I would not recommend JotForm to anyone. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to help their customers is unacceptable. It's important to have a platform that is reliable and easy to use, and unfortunately, JotForm did not meet those standards for us.

JotForm Jotform Review: Decent Form Builder, But Pricing and Support Need Improvement

Jotform is one of those software that can help you create forms. There are many other software like this, but Jotform is one of the most popular ones. The price of this software is around $1-$3 per month, but they charge $28! My friend tried the paid version for a month and then asked the billing support for a yearly plan with a discount. She doesn't know how to compose Gmail messages, only reply. I spent a lot of time teaching her how to use that form. But the answer was NO DISCOUNT. Then she decided to downgrade the plan to the free version, and suddenly they immediately offered her a discounted yearly plan. I personally hate that kind of cheap tricks.

I set up a form for her, and their support mostly sends you to FAQ questions even when it's obvious that the solution must be done from their side. Most of the support agents don't know their job. The software is not bad for playing around, but for the paid version, I highly recommend buying another software specialized in specific kinds of forms like calendars, booking, and etc.

Overall, Jotform is a decent software, but their pricing strategy and customer support need improvement. If you're looking for a simple form builder, Jotform can be a good option, but if you need more advanced features, you might want to consider other options.

JotForm complaint

I run a nonprofit 501c3. I used jotform to accept applications for scholarships. Randomly they have shut down my form claiming that my ip is being used for phishing. Completely untrue. Have emailed numerous numerous times with proof that this is not occurring. Nobody responds or replies. Completely inexplicable. Why does jotform not reply? Why does jotform not notify the account before they shut it down? Terrible.

JotForm customer service

I am an insurance agent in Lexington KY I spent hours shopping for a good form builder and skeptically landed on JotFrom. I've been a paying customer for a year and prior to that I had a free account for quite some time. In addition to insurance I am an investor in a small car lot. I started a facebook page for that car lot and pulled a template for a loan application from jotform, a template they provided and access to add it to the tabs in facebook through their service. I was testing to see if it would work. It did. I am a legitimate company and agent with rules that restrict how I use clients information. I'm in good standing with the state and my clients. Jot From has twice suspended my account. Keep in mind these forms take hours - and hours with lots of technical support needed to build the forms on top of what you pay for their service. So my hands are tied. I can't get them to allow my IP access to the website to access my account (2nd time for the same reason that was resolved the first time) I can't take my forms with me even though I built them so I'm stuck and I don't have the time to build them from scratch again. If you decide to do business with them you are stuck! Stuck Stuck and they can cancel you without notice. DO NOT SPEND THE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU'RE STUCK, IT'S A TRAP and their customer service when something like this happens is shameful. Like I did something wrong! How do I want this resolved. I want a sincere apology and proof it will never happen again. If I could switch companies I would but I'm locked out and stuck. I can't rebuild those forms! Weeks of lost time. I'm infuriated.

Here is a screen shot. They won't even let you see their website and when you submit this form it's crickets. DO NOT START anything with this company.

I failed to mention, they accused me of phishing because of that loan application form, that was never, NEVER used. Not once. So today I get an email saying my account was downgraded. They just cut me off. Here is the email I got instead of an apology for their mistake. As you read this remember ( I NEVER USED FORM, I DON'T EVEN LEND MONEY and I CAN'T EVEN DELETE THE FORM BECAUSE I'M LOCKED OUT). OH and it's on a free account I don't even use anymore.

The reasons why the account was suspended are:
1. You made loan application forms.
2. Forms were built into a free/recently paid account
3.The account is linked to a gmail account.

So we need you to provide a proof that you are authorized on the lending money business.

It can be replying to the email I sent to you a few minutes ago, using a corporate email that should be also updated in your account, and you must also provide us the last 4 digits of the credit card being use to pay the subscription as well as the date of expiration and type of card.

JotForm we prepaid for two years and half way through they changed the service provided

Our nonprofit service organization of over 190 members started using Jotform a little over a year ago. We prepaid for 2 years and invested hundreds of hours to build about 30 forms that we use for club administration and fundraisers. It worked wonderfully! Then Jotform decided to change the service they provide. Instead of unlimited payment processing that we already paid for, we now only get 10 payment transactions per month. To get unlimited will now cost us 7 times as much! What kind of company does that to a customer that has already paid for a set service? And even more important, will not reply. Is it possible to have a real person call me?

Same thing has happened to us. How in the WORLD can you justify upping a subscription from $159/year to $990/year for the EXACT same service. Sickening.

JotForm can't log in

I had an account on www.jotform.com and used this site for quite a long time. But for some reason now I cannot log into my account. I sent JotForm a message asking for help but they simply ignored me and never bothered to reply. There is absolutely no customer service, they never reply and provide absolutely no help! I can't resolve the matter myself, I have no idea what happened and why I can't access my account. Very disappointed with JotForm.

JotForm they haven't paid me for the surveys

People, stay away from the company www.jotform.com. I filled the surveys for them, but these jerks promised to transfer money to my account within 5 working days. It was ###, ‘coz they haven’t transferred money. As well as they suddenly stopped to communicate with me. Please, help me to get my earned money from these dishonest people. As well as share info about this website.

JotForm no support and they overcharged me

I went o the website www.jotform.com and decided to use their templates and design. I was really disappointed, when I found out that this company double billed me. I tried to contact the customer services, but all my emails were returned back. No idea how to reach them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

JotForm blocked my account

I recently signed up for the website www.jotform.com. At the beginning I used their online applications in order to create my forms. I wasn’t happy with them, it was difficult to navigate, and the website didn’t provide any tutorials. Later I bought Economy plan from them for $20 per month, but they blocked my account and said that I didn’t pay for a month. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you had horrible experience about this seller.
