I went to the website and contacted the online chat agent. I asked him if they could help me to improve my resume. The rep told “yes”, but after that he was silent within 30 minutes. After he replied, but he started to speak with me in rude manner and all his advices were completely unnecessary and didn’t fit me. I told him about it, but the agent stopped to reply at all. It was the worst services and attitude.
