This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I am working for a reputed firm in mumbai. Currently for a change i had mailed my resume to various websites hoping to receive a favorable reply. I received a reply for a job in london as a office assistant, payment would be 39 pound an hour and 48 hrs per week. I replied to go ahead with my application. The interview was fixed by the www.jobineurope.net on 26/04/2007 via internet (yahoo messenger - RFT281). First a lady from this messenger informed about the interview and said in 10 mins the company from london will contact you , the interview was conducted by another lady via yahoo messenger. Later on i received a mail from the website of jobineurope saying they recd a favorable response and would like to continue for further procedure i.e registration with state work force office (WP1 form), cv european formate and covering letter. First they said registration with the State work force office is free and their details are mentioned on the website. On surfing the website i have mailed my cv to the mentioned address on it ([protected]@ earthling.net) but did not receive any response. Then i mailed the website [protected]@ nd-jobs.net for any other contacts. They mailed about details of [protected]@postmaster.co.uk and mentioned they were a trusted company and charged a nominal fee of 30 euro.

I agreed and informed jobineurope team to send me the details as to whom to contact etc. I recd a mail saying the company is based in liverpool, london, to pay by means of cheque to credit card. To get some valuable information on these website i surfed the net on which i got the info that this website is a scam. They take the required money and then revert that the job is not accepted. As per information this is a site from bulgaria. They never disclose their names.

People beware!

It looks like many people have got messages from JobinEurope.net… Well, I have a moral duty to tell the truth – yes, they helped me. Now I work in Europe for a salary which I couldn’t dream of at home. That’s all.

You had no chance… But at least your documents were submitted – you should be thankful for that (it had cost them minimum 500 EUR for fees and expenses). I have been in this country for three months already and I know how much it costs the employer to file your documents in the state administration.

So, what is the truth, madam?! As far as I understand you also got a job abroad through that jobsite?! Here, I also have a similar letter. I would say: “Yes, those are serious people! Even more than that!” I don’t care how much they are earning by finding me a job here. Practically, they changed my life in a wonderful direction. In my opinion they are noble pals!

Everything is clear! I know why all you people have started publishing in this site. I also got a letter from JobinEurope.net requesting me to explain how I got a job in Europe. Their competitors had been smearing them a lot lately.

I hate those things! I think truth is the most important thing!

The important thing is to be persistent and not to give up. It took JobinEurope.net a whole year to accommodate me at work in Europe. First I paid 32 euro and got rejected. Then there was a refusal from Bulgaria where my work permit application was submitted (again by jobinEurope.net). A refusal again… I was let down and started thinking that they were a scam indeed. However, they kept on working on my job transfer to Europe. They offered me to file my application for work permission for Spain, which is valid for all European Union, and this time I won! I got the air ticket for a week. Now I’m here and I’m happy!

I'm very thankful to God because an hour after i send the money amounting to 32 EUR on saturday i was able to surfed this website, i was shocked when i saw the name of jobineurope. I experienced the same thing same process. Immediately i searched on the website of western union emailed my complain and telling them to withhold my money. What i did also was i came back to western union where i send my money and they gave the tel.no. of their main office in the philippines, furtunately my money was still here. Then i told them that i'm going to refund it because of what i discovered. Thank you so much for creating this kind of website, you help us alot. May God richly bless you and more power.

I registered in www.jobineurope.net 8 months ago. They found two employers from UK. Paldin Medijia prepared my documents. I printed them and sent them to the employer selected by me. I had to pay them 200 pounds out of my first salary. I started the job as an office coordinator but I did not pay their commission. So I cheated them. but I can tell, they really found me a job I worked there in the summer. For all I paid 32 euro for the documents. My employer paid the plane tickets.

Dear All,

Am working for a MNC in Chennai. I applied for a abroad offer in JobinEurope.net and i was first replied first that its hard to find a job for a person of this country (INDIA). The mail was:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello!

Thank you for your registration in JobinEurope.net and for the fact that you trusted us as intermediaries!

Basically, it is considered that your qualification, experience and motivation RESPOND to the vacancy you are applying for. You are confirming that statement by registering with our website. In case that it does not respond to the above-mentioned, please, notify us, so that we could stop processing your application temporarily.

It is important to be stated that our cooperative work is based on dual interest for the both parts. You are interested to start a legal job in the European Union and we, on the other hand, are interested in getting our remuneration from your job transfer there.

Of course, we have to invest first before we get out profit. Please, be informed that finding an European employer, ready to accept candidatures from your country is not an easy job to be done. There are lots of preliminary made conversations and correspondence with various employers, most of who are saying "no" at the beginning. After all, in your case we are even not sure that we will have a positive result at all. Our experience indicates that (sorry to say that) everything depends on the circumstance and the possibility your candidature to be "sold out".

In case everything develops favorably, there is an option for the employer to hire you under employment contract and then the departure abroad usually is within a month. There is also another option - the so-called "professional education", in this case, the departure actually is after a week. In this case, your status will be of an employee of a company from your country or of an employee of a company from another country, who will be send in the employer company on a business trip for training purposes. The social security is paid in your country and is considerably lower than the ones in Europe and this makes this work category particularly attractive to the foreign employers. "On the job training" can last even a year. Practice indicates that usually the "trainees" sign normal employment contracts with their employers and thus remain to work in Europe completely legally. Of course, during the "on the job training" process, the status is entirely legal and the payment normally is the same as on a work contract.

We would like to remind you that our preliminary work regarding your application is oriented to an offer same or similar to the offer of the EMPLOYER INDICATED BY YOU INITIALLY (the offer which you specified). So, in the job offer, you may read the WORK CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT for the job, which will be potentially provided to you.

As we have not received your recommendation as stated in our previous letter, we will make an evaluation of your work potential and will send it instead of a recommendation to your potential future employer.

Why is the recommendation so important?

The European employment system is almost entirely based on the system of recommendations. The employer trusts only employees who are capable of presenting a good recommendation. It is very frequent that letters of recommendation are checked for their truthfulness and authenticity.

It is very important and in many of the cases it is of crucial importance to reply affirmatively when an employer requests confirmation for the authenticity of the recommendation. We attached your personal email to the details of the party issuing the recommendation. In other words, there is a possibility that the employer sends a letter to your email, in order to check the truthfulness of the recommendation. In this case, please, plan accordingly so that the employer gets a confirmation reply by all means.

What are the steps to follow:

- Upon processing of your details, there follows a conversation with the employer, from which we will get to know his/her attitude to your application.
- if the employer says "OK" to your application, he/she will indicate what documents are necessary individually in your case.
- follows preparation of the required documents plus a registration in the foreign state work force office (according to our work principle).

It is your responsibility to get through this stage. In case, you cannot manage by yourself, it will be necessary to use the services of specialized companies. We recommend using companies that provide the whole package: the official documents, plus the official state form for obtaining of work permission, as well as the forms and papers filled in with your details, which will be necessary after your arrival abroad. These may be the registration form for the police office for getting permanent residence, for registration in the tax department and for obtaining of a social security number or the so called "work card".

The prices of all these documents range about and less than 50 euro.

- Upon successful completion of the first stage, there follows departure and job start.

Plane tickets are covered by the employers. Sometimes this is gratuitous; however there are cases when the employer might cover the ticket price by small installments from your initial payment.

Of course, we will be with you and will cooperate with you with information and particular activities in each of the stages.

In this stage, it is of main importance to provide as much information about you and your work potential, your skills as an employee, your level of future adaptation and so on.

Each stage is important, but we are now, according to us, in the phase when a determining evaluation will be given for you. So, it is of main significance to complete all required steps, as well as possible and within normal timeframe.

Our experience indicates that usually these efforts are rewarded.

We really hope to receive from you as much cooperation as possible, and at the same time, we would like to assure you in our readiness to react quickly and effectively regarding your application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

You are going to receive various messages form us at different stages of your application, some of which might be of grate importance (like, for instance, an interview invitation in case of a positive reply form the employer's end, etc.)

Before that we have to be sure that our messages reach you by all means. As per our experience sometimes it does not happen.

Let us clarify:
A significant part of our applicants register in a dozen of job sites together with their registration on www.jobinEurope.net. The things spin out to the extent that it is hard to pick out the real serious proposals amongst the non-effective or least-effective attempts of recruiting. It is not a secret that a part of those jobsites aim at grabbing money from the applicants only: "pay ?300 in advance" or "your job is 100% guaranteed but you have to pre-pay your accommodation in the hotel"… (there is no practice to pre-pay your hotel reservation in Europe) and so on.

Unfortunately, our applicants receive messages like those together with our e-mails. There is a real danger some of our messages to be missed amongst all this stuff. Our e-mails are really important! Most often they are a result of hard work done by the team dealing with your job transfer. Sometimes, they do not bring good news (like in cases of a negative reply form the employer) but there are also favourable messages concerning a positive development of an application.

In case we are sending a long message or one containing attachments (there are often work invitations, employment contracts, work visa obtaining guidelines, etc.) it is often placed in your "bulk mail" folder ("spam folder") because of the shortcomings of the spam filter, and in most of the cases it stays unread there!

Ultimately, it turns out that the applicant misses his/her opportunity and all our resources invested in his/her candidature are lost for nothing; we also lose our profit which is to be paid by the employer when hiring our applicant.

In order to solve this problem, we have a practice to publish your new messages on your personal profile on www.jobinEurope.net first. The system is designed to send the messages to your e-mail automatically if you do not read them within three days after it's publishing on your profile (practically, it is not very efficient to wait for the e-mail - it reaches your "spam folder" most of the times because of its length together with hundreds of other spam messages. Unfortunately, it is almost sure that you are going to miss it).

Please, check your personal webpage on www.jobinEurope.net regularly for new messages from us so that our correspondence to be safe.

At the end of each message we shall try to indicate the term in which you are going to get the next one.

Our correspondence is really important - from this moment on we are staring a serious and, we hope, successful process of giving currency to your job application.

Please, make sure you check your profile regularly; you can find it on: http://www.rabotaeu.net/login.asp?l=en

NOTE: Please, add our e-mail job-in@Europe66.com to your address book. This way our messages will reach your inbox most probably. Make sure you are adding particularly job-in@Europe66.com (and not some other one).

Sincerely,
JobinEurope.net

Our next message will be published on your profile in about 2-3 days. If unread in three days it will be e-mailed to you automatically (you should check your bulk mail folder as well).

In case you do not want to receive messages from us any longer - you are rejecting our service for one reason or another - please, send us a blank message to: job-in@Europe66.com with subject "REJECT". You will be replaced from our transfer list and our correspondence will be stopped immediately. Thank you!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then i lost hope but again they came back stating that an employer is interested in my profile. The mail was:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello!

We would like to inform you that we work intensively about your application and we expect to achieve a successful result.

This is to inform you that in your case you need to pass a particular stage which is very important.

As a result of a preliminary consultation, it has been concluded that it will be suitable to go through an examination (we will call it an interview) which will be conducted online. We would like to ask you to prepare yourself as you will be asked professional questions during this interview. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance the type of questions themselves.

The online interview will be conducted in preliminary arranged time which is convenient for both parties. You will be heard excellently during the interview and in case you have a web camera, the interviewer will be able to see you. After a couple of days (it is even possible during the interview), there will be a final answer regarding the development of your application at this stage.

What are the practical steps to be taken in order to technically realize the pending interview?

1. If you decide to take the interview from your computer you should have a microphone and speakers (or a headset). You should have YAHOO-messenger program installed, which will allow the conducting of the conversation.

In case you do not have this program you can download it and install it completely for free from:

http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php;_ylt=AmsAmleXntJK0GWNlFJopw9wMMIF

After you install it, set up your own account which you should remember. The conversations via YAHOO-messenger are completely free, regardless of their length.

2. If you decide to take the interview from an internet cafe, you should make certain that the cafe is quiet and the atmosphere will allow the conduct of a comfortable conversation. Please, send us your YAHOO-messenger account.

3. Email us the following information (let the subject be: “INTERVIEW”:

- please, state a time which is convenient for you within today or tomorrow.
- write us the YAHOO-messenger account to which the interviewer should contact you.

* * *

Upon receipt of your letter, we will specify the exact date and time with the interviewer, considering the information you have provided and will confirm.

In case, there are any queries related to this letter, please write us, call us or contact us at our YAHOO-messenger, our account is RFT281. In case you do not have this program you can download it and install it completely for free from:
http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php;_ylt=AmsAmleXntJK0GWNlFJopw9wMMIF

IMPORTANT:

The interview will be conducted in English. In case, you are not able to tackle it 100% on your own or have any doubts regarding your performance (even if you are just a little bit concerned about it) we recommend you to refuse the interview. According to our practice sometimes this is a better choice.

In case you prefer not to face the interview or do not have the technical requirements, you should have to take the following steps:

We are sending two links:
1.

http://rabotaeu.net:89/register/en/register.html
There you can find a detailed form which, upon filling out, will bring significant information about your professional skills, education, qualifications, language skills, etc.

Please, fill out the mandatory fields precisely in details. After you fill out your data don’t forget to press the “TRANSMIT” button at the button of the form.

2. http://rabotaeu.net:8000/testint1.htm

Here you will find a detailed test. Please, answer the questions in 30 minutes. You have to fill out the test yourself without and help.

Please note that that the process of filling the test and the above-mentioned detailed information will take you between 1.5 and 2 hours. We recommend you to spare as much time as you need in order to fill in the forms within 2 days.

Upon filling out the required information your application details will be clarified. Your professional skills and career building potential in European environment will be proved. Your application will be supported.

* * *

We would like to ask for your understanding that we are unable to provide you with the name and telephone number of the employer for whom we are processing your application. This will potentially happen after you successfully go through this stage. The employer's name and address will be written in your official documents, which you would potentially have to send personally to the employer's company.

However, before we reach this point, which we sincerely wish you would, we wish you successful presentation, lots of courage and luck!

PRACTICAL STEPS:

1. If you cannot take an on-line interview, please, fill out the required data on the above-mentioned links.
2. In case you decide to take the interview, please do the following:
3. You should have available a computer with speakers and microphone (or a headset) from where you will speak. It will be great if the computer has a web camera either.
4. You may use any computer, as long as it is connected to the internet (the internet connection should be about 3K international traffic).
You may use a computer at an internet cafe or a computer of a friend of yours.
5. If you have not understood the instructions in the letter, do not hesitate to contact us or call us through the YAHOO-messenger video telephone connection program. Our account is: RFT281
You will get detailed instructions when you call.

Sincerely,
JobinEurope.net team

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought of filling in the personal detail form and taking the test during the weekend, but soon got the below mail:

We would like to remind you that we are still expecting information for your work potential as well as answers of the test we have attached to our previous letter.
We would like to remind that we have provided an employer who is ready to accept your application documents.

In this regard, the processing of your application is at a very advanced stage.
In your case, the lack of interview can be compensated to a full extent with the submission of detailed information about you along with test answers.

Practically, this will be sufficient to outline the path of your application. We would like to emphasize that the requested details are of exceptional significance to your application for a job in the European Union.

The links to the test and detailed questionnaire (that you need to fill in) are indicated in our previous message (you may access it again here: http://rabotaeu.net:89/register/en/register.html

http://rabotaeu.net:8000/testint1.htm
Several days after you email us your details along with the test answers, you should get a letter which is decisive in the present stage of your application

In this regard we would like to ask you to check regularly your messages in your personal web page every two – three days, after you send us the necessary information.

We would like to remind that your personal web page in JobinEurope.net is located at the following link: http://www.rabotaeu.net/login.asp?l=en

In case that you have forgotten your username and password please send us an empty email (empty message) with subject “Link” to: Job-in@Europe66.com
Information will be sent immediately.

As a conclusion we would like to emphasize the exceptional importance of the present stage of your application. You would assist for its successful overcoming by filling in and emailing us the required details for your work potential. The result will come within several days – so please check regularly your personal web page.
Thank you for your cooperation and we wish successful work.

Sincerely,
Jobineurope.net.

Heres more proof of these scamsters.

Gov’t exposes scam to hire Pinoy workers over internet
Monday, April 09, 2007

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) today exposed a spurious hotel, ostensibly operating in the United Kingdom (UK), for its scam to recruit overseas Filipino workers for non-existent hotel jobs such as receptionists, cashiers, waiters, and waitresses in London.

“We strongly forewarn unwary OFWs and would-be OFWs, as well as the legitimate OFW recruitment industry in the Philippines, against being enticed and victimized by this and similar scams currently proliferating in the world wide web,” Labor and Employment Secretary Arturo D. Brion said.

Brion cited a report of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in London, UK, identifying the spurious hotel as one “Crystal Spring Hotel UK,” which had earlier e-mailed a licensed recruitment agency in the Philippines on its offer to become a “prospective employer” of OFWs.

Labor Attach to London Jainal Rasul, Jr., however, said that upon examination by the POLO, the “hotel’s” scanned documents including Certificate of Registration, Special Power of Attorney, and Demand Letter, indicated a “patent scam” to dupe OFWs and the legitimate recruitment industry, based on the following evidence:

n The stamps appearing on the documents purportedly bearing the seals of the POLO and the Philippine Embassy in London are all fake, including the scanned signature of the Ambassador, who does not authenticate verification documents at all;

n The “hotel,” in its demand letter, requires positions such as receptionists, cashiers, waiters and waitresses, which are not open to non-European Union (EU) workers;

n The purported certificate of registration of Crystal Springs Hotel appears like a World War II Veterans’ Certificate bearing the superimposed logos of Scotland, Kirkwall, and the UK;

n The registration date is 1994, which means it had not been renewed for 13 years; and,

n Aside from the dubious postal code in its text of registration, a Goggles search in the Internet has revealed that no Crystal Springs Hotel exists in London.

Rasul cited a licensed recruitment agency in the Philippines, World view International Services, Inc., for linking up with the POLO to ascertain the “hotel’s” authenticity, and in the process, helped prevent victimizing OFWs and legitimate recruitment agencies.

Yes this is website of scamsters, I spoke to them over Yahoo and boy not even one person spoke proper English. This from a company which claims to have its office in England, B@lls. These Bulgarian freaks are only hitting on innocent newbies on the internet, I had my doubts on the day of the interview itself when they didnt ask me a single pertinent question regarding the job. Similarly they sidetracked all my questions regarding the background of the company, mind you I didnt ask for the company details, which I knew wouldn't come through anyways.Funny part is these guys didnt yet know that I had European work experience(part time as a student), which I hadn't mentioned in my initial interactions and my CV.Now I have gone on to the long route via HSMP and would get a WP soon. So anyone who has been affected by this or is about to be, BEWARE and dont pay these f*ckers.Dont worry friends, once I get to U.K. am gonna take their happiness away.

i had experience the same as you all do. on the first place i already think it is already a scam one thing you should know that when you apply for a job abroad or in a recruitment agency there is no charge fee at all unless you were already deployed and already got the job thats what read in the POEA.

I just got this email from jobineurope.net

Hello!

We would like to inform you that we work intensively about your application and we expect to achieve a successful result.

3. Email us the following information:

- Two dates which will be convenient to you to take the interview. The dates should be within the next seven days, without Saturday and Sunday.
- Choose an exact hour at which to take the interview. The hour may be different for the different dates. The hour should be between 8.00 and 15.00 London time (Greenwich Time).
- Write us the YAHOO-messenger account to which the interviewer shall contact you.

* * *

Upon receipt of your letter, we will specify the exact date and time with the interviewer, considering the information you have provided and will inform you finally.

In case, there are any questions related to this letter, please write us, call us or contact us at our YAHOO-messenger, our account is RFT281

Yours sincerely: JobinEurope.net team

P.S.

As the future interview is a very important step in the process of your application, we would like to require that you consider this step seriously. If you do not have a computer of your own, you could find an internet cafe or even a friend who has a computer you may use to speak with us. In case, the YAHOO-messenger program which is a program for free internet conversation, is not popular in your country, than its download from the Internet is relatively quick and completely free. YAHOO-messenger is easy to work with and the talks and even the video conference connection are crystal clear. We would like to remind that the YAHOO-messenger calls, regardless of their length are completely free. You may call and have conversations with any other user, regardless of his/her CURRENT STATUS. You may download YAHOO-messenger from: http://messenger.yahoo.com/download.php;_ylt=AmsAmleXntJK0GWNlFJopw9wMMIF

Some of our users refuse to take an interview, due to one reason or another. This is completely normal and we understand it.

In this case, we will continue working on your application without an interview. However, if you intend to not take the interview, please inform us with an email about this decision.

Thank you in advance!

Yours sincerely: JobinEurope.net team

PRACTICAL STEPS:

1. If you cannot take an on-line interview, email us your refusal to do so.
2. As the interview is an important step, that might help your job application, it is recommended that you try to take it. In case you decide to take the interview, please do the following:
3. You should have available a computer with earphones and microphone from where you will speak. It will be great if the computer has a web camera.
6. We would like to ask for your understanding that we are unable to provide you with the name and telephone number of the employer for whom we are processing your application. This will potentially happen after you successfully go through this stage. The employers name and address will be written in your official documents, which you would potentially have to send personally to the employers company.
However, before we reach this point, which we sincerely wish you would, we wish you successful presentation, lots of courage and luck!

Yours sincerely: JobinEurope.net team

I was interviewed last week with the same process in which a woman gave the interview. I was applying as a caregiver. I was in doubt since I saw in the news that U.K. is no longer accepting caregivers from other countries. In my search if this job offer is legal, I came across this site and read your complaints. I really thank Poea for posting these. And I thank God that I was able to find out that this is a scam before I got into much trouble.

I'm confused! Are they really a scam? I am at the middle of my processing but haven't paid yet. Now I am in doubt. But thanks to your warning I'll be very careful now.

I was already interviewed by rft281 and said I got a favorable response. I am still in the process of completing my requirements. If in case that they will ask money for whatever purpose, I will abort my application with them. Thank for the informations. I will be cautious!

Honestly, I am still applying in the said website and reading some of the comments, I am in quandary, I do not know who to believe.

But at least, it will give me enough time to weigh things over.

Thanks,
