SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Pandora charms - no reply on refund status

I bought the pandora item through this website since 19 July 2016 and it was mentioned (26 August 2016; one month from ordering date) that the parcel being intercepted by customs and wish to arrange for new shipment. I requested for refund (which was mentioned takes 4 weeks; quite ridiculous for refund processing time). I ask to proceed however after numerous follow-up (29 Oct; 15 Nov;29 Dec 2016; 5 Jan; 9 Jan; 15 Jan; 25 Jan; 29 Jan and 30 Jan 2017, no news then on my refund status.
