jade & juliet women's longline or tribal longline cardigan
I purchased this cardigan online Dec 29, the delivery quoted was 7 days - rec'd Jan 24.
The quality was worse than poor, the yarn used was substandard, the workmanship - shoddy.
Ordered a size L (I normally wear a M) & the L was too small.
The "long" sleeves were too short, and it was not a "Long-in-front asymmetrical cut" as described.
Plus there was a 1" hole in the back of the sweater.
I've returned the product today for a refund and hopefully will receive that within 10 days as promised.
I will not be purchasing from this company again.
mermaid tail
I'm extremely upset with this business's customer service. I ordered 4 of their mermaid tails (which is pretty good business for a first time customer... but definitely not a returning customer) and only received 3. It says they were all delivered but I am missing a pink one. Now due to the fact that I got these on Groupon, I cannot track the package so I have no idea where it is. I have tried numerous times to contact that for help or alternatives but no reply. Now not only have I lost money, this particular tail was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Disappointment is a huge understatement of what I feel for this business.
Total scam! Keep away from Jade and Juliet!
Ordered some clothing from Jade and Juliet website and was shocked when I saw my items! Everything looked like a pure garbage and there was no way I would ever wear any of that! Seam were everywhere, one item was damaged, and there also was that nasty smell! The worst online shopping experience ever. I never had a chance to get a refund because there is no way to contact these scam artists! All their provided contact details are faulty and they do not reply! Stay away!

Received very small dress
I've purchased one dress and one top from Jade and Juliet. The top was lovely and fit perfectly, but my new dress was extremely small and short! When I made my order checked everything carefully and my measurements were correct! So I contacted their customer service and asked for an exchange, but they never replied. Another scamming website of women clothes. I ordered two skirts from www.jadeandjuliet.com. I thought that it was good website, but it was total rip off. I paid money and waited for confirmation info, but nothing and the seller didn’t reply to my tons of emails. I want to find other people, who bought something from this company and haven’t received items. Together we can open a case against this company.
The seller is liar and didn't provide refund
I ordered women suit and shoes from the company www.jadeandjuliet.com. My ordered was severely damaged, when I got it. The seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but it was also lie. They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Fake promise about money back
I ordered bikini from the company www.jadeandjuliet.com. I got confirmation email and receipt from them, but they didn’t deliver my order. I contacted the customer services, and the rep told me that my order was out of stock, but they could provide something similar. I refused and asked for refund, and they promised to transfer money within 5-7 days, but still nothing. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
