I ordered two bouquets from the website I don’t know why, but my two payments failed. And these guys didn’t warn me about it. I checked my account in order to check if they have taken money from me. When I saw that the money was on my account, I decided to call them. But the rep started to tell some fake excuses. He told that they haven’t received my order, but I got email from them. The company is unprofessional.
