I had an account on www.idrive.com. I didn’t need their backup services anymore, so I called to their office and asked to cancel it. The lady receptionist said that I could do it on my own and online. Ok, I went to the website and cancelled it. 2 years later I received the bill from this company. It turned out that the account was active and I didn’t close it, because I needed to do it only if I called them. They have messed with me and now I need to waste money in order to pay for the bill.
