www.ice.com / Horrible quality and seller didn't refund

I ordered jacket and jewellery from the website www.ice.com. I got the jacket, but the quality was horrible. The fabric was thin and torn in several places. I paid for the return postage and sent the clothes back, but these ### still haven’t returned money back. As well as they didn’t reply to my emails. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
