I’ve been a long time customer of HMS so I’m surprised to be here writing this review, but I feel it’s necessary. Recently I returned a jumpsuit that did not fit and was see through. I was surprised when I saw it got redelivered back to me a couple weeks later. In the package was a note that is was worn. I was shocked because I in no way shape or form ever wore this jumpsuit as it is extremely see through. I feel this was a scam to not have to issue a refund and after do some research I see that a lot of customers are having this same issue. Although I cannot speak for them, I can speak for myself and wanted it to be of record that they will straight lie in order to refuse a return although their so called “policy” say they will “gladly accept returns” In addition to that, I also did not receive a refund or even the item back for another dress I ordered from them. I’m not sure if their business is hurting and now have become desperate to scam their regular customers, but they are literally stealing from people and it’s not right.

I bought two gowns and dresses from the website www.hotmiamistyles.com. I checked the shipping fees and it was $18.99 to my country. When I placed the order and proceeded to pay, they charged me for different price. They took about $25. I left couple of messages to the seller and thought that they would respond soon, but after 5 days nothing. The order has been sent. I simply don’t understand why they charged for different sum.

Couple of weeks ago I have ordered two evening dresses from www.hotmiamistyles.com. I got the confirmation info and invoice, but when I checked my account, I noticed two fake charges. I contacted the customer services and asked about the charges, but these thieves blamed my bank. I called to the bank, but the rep told me that it was company’s fault. I asked the rep from the company to return my money and explained that this experience was the worst for me, but they didn’t care and no one returned money back.
