[Resolved] / their voucher was fake and they refused to give discount

I received the voucher for the hotel and trip, which offered the website I was really surprised, when they refused to take the voucher. They told me that it was fake, but I paid money for this voucher. The rep told me that they could provide small discount, but when I asked what discount, the rep started to diddle-daddle and refused to give discount. Seriously, I don’t understand these people.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    It is made very clear that in order to obtain a discount you must make your reservation at and not with the hotel directly.
