Avoid this company!
I purchased this item from their website on 2/12/17 and it was faulty on arrival (the phone display would go blank without warning when fully charged). They doubted me so I had to buy test equipment (£20), different makes of rechargeable battery (£12) and make a video showing the fault - see https://www.dropbox.com/s/82mj1yfap12vmue/Philips%20Onis%20live%20drop.mov?dl=0
They eventually agreed after three weeks to refund me but refused to pay for the return postage (£3.90), saying that their test engineer could find no fault. PayPal eventually agreed to refund the return postage to me (an excellent service from them).
Homephonesonline are a shower and I'm amazed that BT and other reputable outfits do business with them. They hide behind their online presence and don't publish a telephone number.

Broken phone
This is a scam website, do not buy anything from them! They sell broken items and there is no way to get a refund. I've purchased a phone from HomePhonesOnline and when my order arrived it was in a terrible condition. It was poorly packaged and broken! I wanted to get a refund and tried to reach someone from the company but it got me nowhere. I regret the day I bough from this terrible website. If only I checked the reviews... Please, don't make the same mistake and do your research!

Company is ripping people off
I bought the phone from the company www.homephonesonline.co.uk. They offered me great discount for the phone calls. I was lucky until I got the bill. It turned out that all discounts were fakes. Stay away from them, ‘coz they rip people off and didn’t provide the promised stuff. So don’t waste money. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. I ordered phone from the company www.homephonesonline.co.uk. These ### provided broken one, so I returned it. After that they didn’t send new phone, they started to ask different stupid questions. When I tried to call them, all phones were busy and no one replied. The worst services.So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Their production stopped to work
I purchased batteries and phone from the website www.homephonesonline.co.uk, but they provided bad-quality stuff. The phone stopped to work after 4 days and the seller refused to take it back. He started to avoid all communication with me and it became impossible to return money back.Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
This company appears to be a scam. Ordered a secondhand phone in March 2018. Didn't arrive. Limited feedback on why. No refund given when I asked to cancel. Finally arrived in Dec 2018 . It was not what I ordered, was broken and missing parts.
I have serious concern about this company and then having accessing to my payment details.
