We booked the accommodation for our vacation through the company www.holidaylettings.co.uk. We paid the deposit, but after 2 weeks we asked the rep to return our money back, ‘coz of some personal circumstances. The rep was angry and rude with us, and of course he refused to return money back. We already asked him several times, but all our attempts failed. Please, help us to cancel the booking and get money back from them.
