GourmetGiftBaskets Exceptional Customer Service and Delicious Gifts from GourmetGiftBaskets!

GourmetGiftBaskets is a fantastic company that I stumbled upon and I am so happy that I did! I recently purchased a meat and cheese sampler box for my grandson's birthday and it was a hit! He is currently attending college and was overjoyed with the contents of the box. As soon as he opened it, he texted me to express his gratitude and then again as he savored each bite! The price was just right and the selection was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better gift!

But what really sets GourmetGiftBaskets apart is their exceptional customer service! Unfortunately, there was a problem with the initial delivery. The package was signed for upon delivery, but my grandson was unavailable and the box disappeared (I have a sneaking suspicion that the person who signed for it enjoyed the contents). I immediately contacted GourmetGiftBaskets to order another box and Seth took over the problem with such speed and grace. I cannot sing his praises enough! He went above and beyond to ensure that my grandson received his gift and I am forever grateful to him and the company.

GourmetGiftBaskets has so many options available and a wide range of prices that anyone can find something to fit their budget. Their service is top-notch and I am so glad that I came across them! Thank you GGB and Seth for making my experience a memorable one! I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Our company decided to give Gourmet Gift Baskets a try this year and boy, were we pleasantly surprised! We were initially drawn to their free shipping offer, which was a refreshing change from the large corporations we've used in the past. But what really sealed the deal for us was the fact that the baskets we sent were not only larger, but also matched our company colors perfectly. We opted for the Winter Wonderland Tower and were thrilled to find out that Gourmet Gift Baskets could customize the baskets with our company logo stickers.

We ended up sending over 100 baskets and were delighted to see that they were shipped out and received within the timeframe we had requested. No excuses, no delays - they just made it happen! Our sales rep, Trip Knapp, was a true gem throughout the entire process. We had to make some last-minute changes to the gift tags, reverse addresses, and even ship some of the baskets to Canada, but Trip handled everything with ease and professionalism.

GourmetGiftBaskets Buyers Beware: GourmetGiftBaskets is a Rip-Off!

I recently made the mistake of ordering from GourmetGiftBaskets and I must say, buyers beware! I sent gifts to my two daughters, one who lives in Hawaii and the other in Bellflower, CA. The gift that was sent to Hawaii ended up costing me a whopping $96.89 with tax and shipping, even though I was told it would be free shipping. This is so wrong! The gift was originally priced at $45.00, so I was shocked at the final cost. The gift that was sent to Bellflower, CA was priced at $59.99, but ended up costing me over $70.00.

I learned a valuable lesson from this experience - never ever use this company again. I could have gone to See's and gotten a much better deal and much better quality. A fool and their money are soon parted, and I am so sorry I ever saw this site. To make matters worse, this company does not care in the slightest. You can't even send anything back, they only want to give you a measly 20% off another order.

So, just a word of caution to all potential buyers - don't buy from GourmetGiftBaskets unless you want to get ripped off. Most people don't see the gift in person, and the receiver doesn't want to complain to the sender because it might hurt their feelings.

I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made.

I bought a cookie basket from GourmetGiftBaskets for my dad's 95th birthday. I wanted it to arrive on his big day, so I made sure to order it in advance. However, the day before his birthday, I received an email with the tracking info and was shocked to see that the delivery date was three days later than I expected. I was worried that my dad would not receive his gift on time, so I decided to call Customer Service and see if they could help.

To my surprise, the representative was very helpful and understanding. She immediately ordered a replacement basket to be delivered to my dad the next day. I was impressed by the company's willingness to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The next morning, the replacement basket arrived bright and early, and my dad was thrilled to receive it.

I was grateful for GourmetGiftBaskets' excellent customer service and attention to detail. Even though the delay in delivery was not their fault, they took responsibility and made sure that my dad received his gift on time. The cookies were delicious, and my dad is still raving about them.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently bought a gift basket from GourmetGiftBaskets for my friend who was in the hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital staff thought it was for them and they ate everything. When they realized their mistake, they took up a collection and sent my friend the exact same gift basket to be sent to her home as she was being released the next day. The original basket cost me $109.00 and had 27 or 29 different items, including whoopie pies and brownies. However, the replacement gift basket had only 11 cookies, straw-like filler, and cardboard.

My friend called customer service and was told they would send the right basket this time. But once again, the basket had only 11 cookies, straw, and cardboard to elevate the straw to make it appear fuller. I was really disappointed with the quality of the gift basket and decided to speak to someone in customer service. I spoke to Nicole and she asked me to e-mail her the pictures of both wrong baskets.

I was really frustrated when Nicole suggested that my girlfriend didn't lift the straw to look for the missing products. I mean, who would do that? Then she suggested that the contents must have shifted in transit. But I told her that they would have magically had to shift outside the plastic wrapping, then outside of the shipping box. This means they are shifting around two Fed Ex trucks now. I was really disappointed with the way Nicole handled the situation. She never responded to my e-mail and I felt like my complaint was not taken seriously.

Overall, I would not recommend GourmetGiftBaskets to anyone. The quality of their products is not worth the price and their customer service is not helpful. I was really disappointed with my experience and I hope that they can improve their services in the future.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Spoiled and Crushed Items, Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets was not so great. I mean, I don't get why there are so many people out there giving them good reviews. I ordered a fancy basket on December 19th, and when it arrived, it was a total mess. The apples and pears were all spoiled and squished, and the boxes of crackers were all crushed up too. I mean, come on! I paid good money for this thing!

So I got in touch with their customer service people through their chat thingy, and they said they'd send me a credit so I could pick out a different package. But then I waited two whole days and nothing happened. So I tried chatting with them again, and they said they'd send it again, but it still never came. I sent them like three emails between December 22nd and January 6th, and all I got back were these dumb form letters saying they were "looking into it." Like, what the heck does that even mean?

Finally, I decided to call them during business hours, and I had to wait on hold for like 23 minutes before I got disconnected. I tried again, and the same thing happened. So on my third try, I called and asked for "sales" instead of customer service, and the lady on the phone said she couldn't help me but transferred me over to customer service anyway. And then I got this message saying that all the service agents were busy helping other customers and to try again later. I mean, seriously?

So I waited like a week and tried again, and this time they told me to leave a message. But honestly, I don't have a lot of faith that anything's gonna come of it. So basically, I spent $134 on this thing, and it was a total ripoff. I wouldn't recommend GourmetGiftBaskets to anyone.

GourmetGiftBaskets Gourmet Gift Baskets: A Fraudulent Company with Poor Customer Service

I recently bought a spa gift basket from Gourmet Gift Baskets for my girlfriend who had just undergone surgery. I was excited to surprise her with the gift and eagerly awaited the delivery date. On the day of delivery, I received an email from Gourmet Gift Baskets confirming that the item had been delivered and the status was marked as "Complete". However, when I met my girlfriend on Friday, she told me that she had not received the gift basket yet.

I tried contacting Gourmet Gift Baskets on Saturday morning, but to my dismay, the business was closed on weekends. So, I waited until Monday morning to call them and inquire about the delivery. The customer service representative who answered my call was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that I had chosen a future date for delivery and that she would email me proof of the same. I asked her to send me the proof, but I never received any email from her. I felt like she was trying to manipulate me into accepting their terms.

I explained to her that I had received an email confirmation from Gourmet Gift Baskets stating that the item had been delivered, and my girlfriend had not received it yet. But, she kept arguing with me and claimed that I was confused. She even went on to say that the item was "in transit" and that she would need to retrieve the item first before she could refund any money. She also mentioned that they would charge a $15 restocking fee. I was taken aback by her response and felt like I was being cheated.

I told her that I wanted to cancel the order and have my account refunded since the item had not been delivered, as confirmed by their own email. But, she refused to cooperate and kept insisting that I pay the restocking fee. I felt like I was being manipulated into accepting new terms for a purchase I had already made. I was left with no choice but to either forego the delivery altogether or pay the restocking fee to cancel the order. Either way, they would get my money.

After this experience, I believe that Gourmet Gift Baskets is a fraudulent company. I have read several other online reviews that suggest the same. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from them to be cautious and aware of their policies. Buyer beware!

I recently made a purchase from GourmetGiftBaskets and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. I had ordered a sympathy gift basket for a grieving family who were vegetarians, but unfortunately, the basket included a sausage roll. I immediately called the offices to request that the meat item be omitted from the basket, but the offices were closed. I left a message and followed up with an email the next morning to ensure that my request was received before shipping.

Later that day, I received a call from a representative who informed me that I couldn't customize any gift baskets. I was quite angry as I wasn't asking for customization, I was simply asking for the sausage roll to be removed out of respect for the family's dietary needs. The representative informed me that the item had already shipped and the only thing they could do was recall it from Fed Ex. However, I didn't want it recalled as the family was only staying together for a few days during their grieving period, and I wanted the basket to be delivered to them.

To my surprise, I discovered via the UPS tracking number that GGB provided, that the basket was still being prepared even though I had been told it had already shipped. This was very frustrating as I had spent nearly $100 on a basket that was perfect for the family, except for the one item that was not suitable for them.

I was dissatisfied with the lack of sentiment from Gourmet Gift Baskets and the fact that I was misled about the status of my order. It would have been a simple favor to remove the single item before wrapping and shipping the basket, but unfortunately, this was not done. Overall, my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets was not a positive one and I would hesitate to make another purchase from them in the future.

I recently made a purchase from GourmetGiftBaskets and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I spent a lot of money for what I received, which was very little. The champagne I ordered was poorly presented and tasted bad. It was definitely not worth the price I paid for it. But what was even more disappointing was the customer service I received afterwards.

It seemed like they only wanted positive feedback from me, and when I gave them negative feedback, they ignored me and responded with a generic message. I was overcharged for shipping, but apparently there was an imaginary addition sign somewhere on the page that I was supposed to have seen. I agreed to pay $25 for shipping, which was already outrageous, but then I was invoiced for $50 because of this supposed hidden plus sign. It's ridiculous! I know how much shipping costs, and it's nowhere near that amount.

To make matters worse, there were supposed to be treats included with the champagne, but there was only a tiny, melted morsel stuck inside the walls of the package. It was a garbage item, and definitely not worth the $200 I paid for it. I had to settle for this company because other places wouldn't ship to Utah, but I regret it now.

The worst part of it all is that this company doesn't seem to care about my opinion or my experience at all. They didn't do anything to remedy the situation or show any care for their customers. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other companies online to do business with, and I suggest you look elsewhere. Buyer beware!

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Late Delivery, Poor Selection, and Deceptive Advertising

This is my first time ordering from GourmetGiftBaskets and I was in search of a same-day delivery service. Luckily, this site provided the service I needed, as long as I placed my order before 1PM. I received a confirmation email at 12:02 PM EST, which was a relief.

I ordered a birthday present and knew the recipient would be home to receive it. However, as time went by, I realized I had not received any notification regarding delivery. I reached out to their LIVE chat and was assisted by one of their representatives. They informed me that the package would be delivered within the hour.

I informed the recipient to stay put and not go anywhere, but unfortunately, she waited until 6:30 PM and had to leave. I reached out to their LIVE chat again and was informed that the package was delivered and signed for on 6/15. I checked with the recipient right away to make sure if anyone else in the household may have received it, but no one had.

I did not receive any confirmation email delivery and when I checked their tracking site, my order # came up as "No Data Found." Their representative finally made the connection with the local shop to confirm and found that they did NOT deliver. I was told that they would deliver within 2 hours. So I asked that if this was not delivered by noon, I would like to request a refund as I did not want her to wait around for a situation I had put her in.

The recipient did receive the package and took a picture to send to me. To my disappointment, it came in a box. I specifically chose a "basket size" on the site because I thought the basket could be repurposed for something else. I chose the premium basket size, but it was delivered in a box. What was the point of choosing a basket size and paying extra money for it? It is quite deceiving to say the least. The items in the box were not exactly what I would expect from a premium box. Included were 2 Nature Valley granola bars and 1 Rocher chocolate, which I thought was a poor choice selection for a gourmet snack and chocolate basket (box).

I understand that their fine print says the items pictured and container will vary, but the container, letting it be a "basket size" of a different type of wicker basket was assumed here. There was no depiction of what the difference between classic or premium was, so this is quite misconstrued in their post. I would probably be content with this item being considered their classic, but to be considered a premium box is quite reaching.

Overall, this was my personal review, but it will be my last time purchasing from GourmetGiftBaskets.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets

I recently made an order from GourmetGiftBaskets for delivery in the US, all the way from the UK. However, I received an email from them stating that there was an issue with my order that could not be resolved via email and that I needed to call them. Unfortunately, I couldn't call them as the "toll free" number they provided was not of any use to me. I tried to communicate with them via email, but they still refused to reveal the top secret issue with my order. This whole situation has been a complete shambles and I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have even reported this to my bank as fraudulent activity. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but now I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Missing Cake and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with GourmetGiftBaskets that left me feeling disappointed. I had ordered a wine gift basket and cake for my daughter's 30th birthday, as we were unable to celebrate together due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the cake did not arrive as promised, which was a major letdown.

When I tried to reach out to customer service, I found it difficult to get in touch with someone who could help me. I was only able to speak with the team that places the orders, and they were not able to provide me with any assistance. It wasn't until several days later that I finally received a call back from someone who could help me with my situation.

At that point, I was frustrated and disappointed. I had asked for a refund, since it had been a week since the cake was supposed to arrive and I had not received it. However, GourmetGiftBaskets did not refund my money. Instead, they sent another cake, which I was told tasted terrible.

Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets. I don't think I will be ordering from them again in the future, and I would advise others to do the same. It's important to be able to trust the companies we order from, and unfortunately, GourmetGiftBaskets did not live up to my expectations.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Sea Salt Caramel & Chocolate Covered Strawberries from GourmetGiftBaskets.com

So, I got a gift from GourmetGiftBaskets.com, and it was sea salt caramel & chocolate covered strawberries. I was pretty excited to try them, but when I opened the package, I was disappointed. The packaging was not good at all, and the strawberries were not ripe. The chocolate was too thick, and the salt was too much. I was not happy with the product at all.

I tried to leave a review on their website, but they only show the good reviews on the product detail pages. I couldn't leave a review on social media or Google either. I tried to contact customer service, but I didn't get any response.

I would suggest that you save your money and go to Edible Arrangements instead. They have better presentation and their dipped desserts are actually good, even if they are overpriced. Don't waste your money on GourmetGiftBaskets.com.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Misleading Presentation and Poor Quality

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets. The first basket I got as a gift had some moldy oranges and crackers that tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. And let me tell you, those snack boxes were way bigger than the actual snacks inside. I mean, what's the point of that?

So I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement basket. But get this - there was no fruit in it at all! And the value was even worse than the first one. They had this cardboard thing taking up half the basket and just set the snack boxes on top of it to make it look bigger. And again, those boxes were way too big for the amount of snacks inside.

And can we talk about the fact that these aren't even real baskets? They're just flimsy cardboard containers. Like, come on, if people knew what they were actually getting, they would be so disappointed. I was pretty mad that my family member had spent money on this.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend GourmetGiftBaskets. The quality just isn't there and the presentation is pretty misleading. Save your money and go somewhere else.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointed with Gourmet Gift Baskets' Customer Service: Easter Basket Mishap

I was stuck at home because of Covid-19 and I wanted to make Easter special for my grandkids in California, Arizona, and Ohio. So, I decided to order some treats from Gourmet Gift Baskets. I spent almost $300.00 on the items. Unfortunately, when the youngest grandchild, who is only 5 years old, received her Easter basket, the head of the bunny was detached. I was really disappointed and upset about this.

I called the Customer Service representative to request a replacement. However, she told me that they have no stuffed animals in stock to send a replacement. Instead, she offered me a $15.00 refund. I don't think this is acceptable. I was hoping that they would want to make things right and send something to fix the issue. I am a loyal customer and I would like to continue doing business with them.

The representative did offer me a $30.00 store credit, but most of the items are out of stock and this doesn't even cover the shipping cost. I am really sad about this situation. I hope that Gourmet Gift Baskets will take my feedback seriously and improve their customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important to make things right and keep customers happy.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets. My daughter lives far away from me, so I wanted to send her something special for her birthday. I decided to go with the gourmet baked goods basket, and I had a choice of when it would arrive - next day, two days away, or five days away. Her birthday was five days away, so I picked that date. I figured she'd be home and it would be a nice surprise.

Well, let me tell you, it was not a nice surprise. The basket never showed up. I checked the tracking and it was literally 20 minutes from her house the night before her birthday. But did it arrive on her birthday? Nope. And we're now two days after her birthday and still no delivery.

I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets and they told me that FedEx ground doesn't deliver on Mondays, so it would be there the next day (Tuesday). But that's four days late! And all they did was refund the shipping charge. No apology, no retribution, nothing.

I was really disappointed. I thought this was a family-owned and operated business, but they treated me like a big corporate number, not a person. It totally ruined the surprise and I won't be using them again.

GourmetGiftBaskets Terrible Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets: Rude Customer Service and No Refund Policy

I gotta say, my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets was not a good one. I placed an order and got an email asking me to call them right away to clear something up about my order. So I called, and this employee was like, "Sorry, your order ain't happening. And we can't give you your money back either." They said it was because my Billing Address didn't match the address I used to register my credit card. I mean, come on, right? They were so rude about it too, didn't offer any help or anything. They just told me to go fix it with my bank. It took me over a week to finally get my money back, after jumping through all these hoops with my bank. What a waste of time! All they had to do was tell me that the two addresses had to match and let me change the Billing Address on my order. Ugh.

GourmetGiftBaskets Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GourmetGiftBaskets

I recently had an experience with GourmetGiftBaskets that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I wanted to send a gift basket to a coworker who was in the hospital, and I thought that GourmetGiftBaskets would be the perfect place to order from. However, my experience with their customer service left a lot to be desired.

I had trouble getting in touch with their customer service team, and when I finally did, I was told that there was a problem with the shipping label. Apparently, the room number had been cut off because there was a maximum number of characters per address field. I was never made aware of this, and I was frustrated that I had to pay an extra $11 to correct the address. To make matters worse, I was also charged an additional $15 to send the basket to a different location.

I had originally requested overnight delivery, but after all of the extra charges, the shipping ended up costing more than the basket itself. At this point, I was beyond aggravated and decided to cancel the order and request a refund. I asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation, but I have yet to receive one. I was told that it could take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed, which is frustrating.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with GourmetGiftBaskets. While the basket itself may have been nice, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I wish that I had been made aware of the character limit on the shipping label, and I was frustrated that I had to pay extra to correct the mistake. Additionally, the shipping costs were exorbitant, and I was left feeling like I had wasted my money. I hope that GourmetGiftBaskets can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

GourmetGiftBaskets Mixed Experiences with GourmetGiftBaskets: A Review of Their Gift Baskets and Customer Service

I gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with GourmetGiftBaskets. I've gotten two baskets from them, and both times there were some issues. Now, I ain't one to complain, but when you're paying good money for a gift, you expect it to be top-notch, ya know?

The first basket I got had a brochure included with it. So, being the curious cat that I am, I decided to take a look. And what do I find? Half the stuff in my basket had been swapped out for cheaper items! I mean, come on, peanuts instead of chocolates? That's just not right.

Then, I got a fruit basket from them. Now, I love me some fresh fruit, but when I opened the box, I was pretty disappointed. All the pears were black and the skins were rubbed off from the scratchy excelsior they were sitting on. And to top it off, there was pear goop all over the place. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

I did contact the company both times, though. The first time, I let them know what was missing and they sent replacements. The second time, I was so fed up that I just asked for a credit to my uncle's account. They did make some excuses, but eventually they came through with the replacement items. We're still waiting on that reimbursement, though.

Overall, I'd say that GourmetGiftBaskets has some work to do. They need to make sure they're delivering what they promise, and not skimping out on the good stuff. But, hey, at least they made it right in the end.

GourmetGiftBaskets won't use them anymore

I ordered 19th Hole - Golf Gift Basket as a "thank you" gift for one wonderful person who speaking metaphorically almost saved my life :)
I mentioned my address because I wanted to be sure that everything would be ok with the order.
Can't believe that I spent my money and time on that. It didn't look like the picture and was disgustingly packed, I had to do it by myself to make it look nice. I was very frustrated.

GourmetGiftBaskets Gift was not delivered

These guys are horrible, they ruined my surprise gift! I purchased a Valentines gift from www.gourmetgiftbaskets.com and it did not show up and they do not reply. I was counting on them and I was very excited about my purchase. Now after I read the reviews I know that these guys are not to be trusted and I regret I didn't check the reviews earlier!
Please, do not waste your money and time dealing with this scam company. I'll try to warn everyone I know about this store.
Right now I can't do anything, I'll try to get in touch with them and get my money back.

GourmetGiftBaskets They substituted many products

I have ordered two baskets from the company www.gourmetgiftbaskets.com. I got these baskets and there was brochure inside. I started to look at it and noticed that almost the half of all products was substituted by cheaper things. I decided to ask the owner, why they haven’t warned me about it. But it turned out that the seller left fake email address on the website. Don’t repeat my mistakes.

I have purchased two gift baskets from the company www.gourmetgiftbaskets.com. When I got these baskets, I noticed that almost all products were substituted with other products, which I wasn’t happy to get. The seller told me that he wouldn’t return money or change the items, because he has no time for such small issues. I wasn’t happy with such attitude and therefore I decided to share my experience.
