GlossyBox not really a complaint! I really want to change my “profile” so as to receive a whole different variety of products please!!

Hi- I initially ordered a year (2017) with the intention of giving these as gifts as well as keeping some for myself... i chose neutral when filling out the profile, so I would be as likely to please as many people as possible. I love everything; however, I now wish to ‘change things up a bit' and receive some totally different products. How can I do this?

GlossyBox monthly subscription

Horrible horrible horrible - please do not sign up for this box... Its is jan 3rd and still waiting on dec box.. Customer service is just buzzzy for days.. Tracked package and learned there is no package to track-p they just prepped the shipping label and have not yet dropped the dec box to be delivered to mew - very sneaky! A total scam that makes you think it is on the way to you - it is not. And, last night the january billing hit my cc - darn it! So, I have cancelled my credit card and had new reissued - the only way to get this subscription to end since they are not there to speak to.

GlossyBox glossybox nightmare!!! ridiculous & incompetent customer service

My name is Tierra Williams and I have been a Glossybox customer for over three years, and I am very disappointed with my monthly service at this time for the reasons below:

-Bad Customer Service
-Incompetent Customer Service
-My status for my December Glossybox still have not posted to my account, even though my debit card 💳 was charged December 1st.
-Emails going unanswered way past 48 hrs.
-I have called and emailed more in the month of December than the entire time I've been a customer.
-I am not getting my surveys, I have not received any surveys for the month of November! And supposedly the technical support team have received many tickets pertaining to this issue, to no avail!

I am very unhappy, I have multiple monthly subscriptions that knock Glossybox out of the water as far as customer service and fixing errors immediately!

***Please respond to this email as soon as possible! I want my December Glossybox before Christmas!

GlossyBox Scam alert!

First. Never subscribe to them. You will be charged every month and to cancel this subscription you will have to call to...
Second. ... their customer service that works like a piece of crap.
Honestly, I have no idea whether they actually exist or not. But they never pick up the phone and never respond emails.
Third. They stole a lot of money, judging by customers' reviews.
All of this is very serious.
I am begging you not to deal with this company!

GlossyBox missed august glossybox

***Originally emailed to Glossybox Customer Care on August 28th. Sent again on September 22nd. Dozens of calls to a BUSY customer service phone number. Wrote on Facebook wall, and sent several messages on messenger. COMPLETELY IGNORED BY GLOSSYBOX!*******

Dear Patient and Wonderful Customer Care Person,

First off congrats on having the patience of a saint! Hope you're having a great day! My complaint may actually make you laugh; I thought you hadn't sent me my August Box, but it turns out it was almost delivered on August 14th, which was a super rainy day. Apparently my mailman didn't want to get wet. Ironically I saw him speed by that day, while I was talking to my bff who's birthday it was. He was like the mailman in Funny Farm, nothing but a revved engine and the squeal of tires as he turned the corner obscenely fast. The FedEx tracking website shows he marked it as REFUSED BY RECIPIENT, of all the dang nerve. The guy once broke my mailbox by stuffing a glossybox with other small packages inside. I reported it-I guess he has a vendetta against me and Glossy! LMAO. Can you please send it back? Its almost September and I still don't have August ='( Also can you pretty please not send anymore Duy Bruyiere After Sun Lotion or Trifle Lipsticks? My 2016 glossy during summer had same exact trifle lipstick and Dug Bruyiere lotion that I got this summer. (So they're not even fresh lol) Another 2016 box had the lotion too. That's 3 lotions and 2 lipsticks, so its like a whole Glossybox I missed out on, which is a bummer because glossy makes me SO HAPPY!

GlossyBox AWFUL customer service!!

I subscribed to Glossy box the 1st of may. I never got word on when I was going to receive my box but I was billed immediately. Before I even saw my first box I was billed again on the 17th of May which makes twice in one month. I now have a email saying that I have a box that has been shipped but today is the 30th. I have contacted them about being billed twice in one month and the only response I have received was a automated one. I have dialed the 800 number and was on hold for over 30 minutes and still never got the chance to speak to anyone. it would be nice to know something. I have since cancelled my subscription but I still would like either 2 boxes of to be refunded for one of the payments

GlossyBox Terrible experience

I have subscribed for www.glossybox.com and got some of their boxes. I did not like the products and was not using them at all, so I decided that the whole thing was just a waste of money and contacted customer service asking them to cancel my membership.
Customer service rep seemed nice and kind and said they'll cancel my account within 24 hours. Nothing happened! I asked again and received the same empty promise. Later I received another useless box and was charged!
I need to cancel my account but they refuse to do that! I don't need any of their products!

GlossyBox The seller fooled me and charged for the wrong sum

I ordered one pair of boots from the company www.glossybox.com. I was really upset, ‘coz I choose the size and design of the shoes and proceeded to pay, but the price on the website didn’t match with the price, which they took from me. Their customer services didn’t work and no one replied to my multiple emails. As well as the quality of shoes was bad. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

GlossyBox Stupid excuses and undelivered order

I ordered box with samples from the website www.glossybox.com. The seller needed to deliver it until 15 January, but he provided the email, where he apologized and informed that due to bad weather all orders would be delivered in the end of January. I waited the whole month, but nothing arrived. The seller didn’t reply to my emails and complaints. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I contacted Glosdybox and they gave me this email to show they sent duplicate products to me in January and then in February. I am attaching a picture. Please send me the February products that I paid for
