SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Gift didn't arrive

Hello, I have purchased a gift from for Valentines day and did not receive it. It is already February 14 and still no sign of my order and I'm extremely disappointed with that. I tried to reach someone from Giftalove because I want to cancel my order and get my money back but they do not reply.
I advice everyone to stay as far as you can from this terrible company, not only they ruined my surprise but they also ignore all my attempts to reach them! Very poor service!
