Order not delivered. Group of scammers running such business. Refund my amount
On 7th of Feb 2023 , i order for an item worth Rs 549 and it was supposed to be delivered by the same day since it was for a occasion. But neither i received the product nor the refund. My order number is GL- [protected]. I even called there customer service but the disconnected my call several times. Waiting for just 48hours and then looking forward to file a police complaint again them.

I have placed an order for the first time from this rubbish site after seeing the reviews and all on the site. Order was placed atleast 3 days before as it was a birthday surprise but sadly it didn't get deliver till now also.
All the time the status on site is Order is processing and will be dispatched soon.
All the contact numbers and mailer given are useless. Noone is responding.
Infact the whatsapp chat option, I can see the status Online but still they don't bother to reply or pick your call.
Highly disappointed serviced. I would highly recommend to block such kind of orgs so that other people in future don't suffer like us.

I have ordered gift for someone it has to be delivered by 26/08/2019 but they didn't deliver my order Id is GL-[protected]. When trying to contact noone picked up the call it is switched off or I guess wrong number. This is repeatedly posted as fraud site I didn't know earlier. This is not the first time they did this.. there are many more complaints registered against this company or site.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
As your order not delivered on given time so we are processing the refund and it will be credited within 7-10 working days to your account.

Gift didn't arrive
Hello, I have purchased a gift from www.giftalove.com for Valentines day and did not receive it. It is already February 14 and still no sign of my order and I'm extremely disappointed with that. I tried to reach someone from Giftalove because I want to cancel my order and get my money back but they do not reply.
I advice everyone to stay as far as you can from this terrible company, not only they ruined my surprise but they also ignore all my attempts to reach them! Very poor service!

Terrible site and terrible service! Do not buy anything from GiftaLove! Ordered a gift from this site and it was supposed to be a present for a dear friend of mine. I ordered in advance to be sure I'll get it on time. They gave me a tracking number and also a payment confirmation, so everything seemed fine. Unfortunately my order did not arrive and when I contacted GiftaLove customer support they said that my order was delivered. Strange part was that the tracking number also showed that my order was delivered but I did not receive anything. Customer service was terrible and refused to help, they claimed that I did get my order and literally called me a liar. I'm very disappointed with this company.

They found a problem in my order
I purchased a gift for my mom from the website www.giftalove.com. I indicated her address and asked to wrap it proper paper, but the problem was that I paid with my card for the order and there was different address and name. They decided that it was a problem and emailed me. I explained the situation and seriously thought that they would solve the problem. But they still haven’t sent the order and impossible to get any response from the staff. Awful company!
