Dr. Diesel
I called www.foleyengines.com because I had some questions and the person I spoke to was extremely rude! He called himself Dr. Diesel and of course that was not his real name. I asked his name but he refused to tell and said that his name was something I didn't need to know.
He refused to answer all of my questions and said that he had no time and that was the end of our conversation. I never met such a nasty person ever before and in my opinion this place is not worth your money and time!
I want to know who this Dr. Diesel really is and how dare he talk like that with his customers! Avoid!
No money back and no services
The worst services. I ordered some parts from the website www.foleyengines.com. They ripped me off for $500 in advance and haven’t provided the full services and order. I reminded them about the services, but the rep was extremely rude to me and told me that I became old and started to forget things. I haven’t received money back. It was so terrible and unprofessional from their side. Stay away from these guys.
Sent wrong parts now wont return
Foley sent me the wrong parts for rebuilding an engine..They left out major parts, like the manual, wrong pistons, races, rod bearings etc...All i want is to return and get my money back...Dr diesel, who is rude, wont return because they only return kits? He is difficult to talk to and slandered where i live...The south... He tried many tactics my wife uses when she is wrong...He finally hung up on me when i never raised my voice once...This makes 4 times his company has hung up on me...Buyer beware
