The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is the worst Travel agency in the world! I had previously used them because my Travel Agent John worked there. I called them a few months later to book another flight. I was told John had been fired, and the new manager Sam would help me. Sam turned out to be the rudest sales person on the faces of this earth, with no knowledge what so ever of the travel industry. After a long ordeal of booking my tickets, I took my flight. My seat requests weren't fulfilled, and I had been overcharged $300. After I was given the run around, by the Accountant Ruslan Zatz, my money was never refunded. I was forced to file a dispute, and won. That's what everyone should do after purchasing tickets from this company, FLY FOR FREE. Make them pay for being incompetent. BUY, FLY... DISPUTE... By the way if anyone has any problems with these ###s. I did my research and found out the company is owned by Yegor Makarov, his cell phone number is [protected]. Ironically he also manages a Wells Fargo in Calif0rnia, Another uneducated immigrant taking American jobs. If you have a problem getting your money back from these idiots. Maybe Wells Fargo can help, if one of there own if committing major fraud on his free time.

This is obviously the employee John making a slam against the company more thank likely because he was fired. It is also clear you had a problem with your superior, that being the person mentioned "Sam".
The comment about "Immigrants" taking jobs says it all LOL. Your bad grammar and broken English suggest you are also an immigrant.
Rather than make general accusations and statements combined petty childish personal attacks, why don't you talk about details? Where did you fly, what date, the exact problem and did you ask for a resolution. I suspect there is no problem.
This complaint is without merit.
