www.flightforsure.com / They didn't help me, but it wasn't my fault

I booked hotel through www.flightforsure.com. I still haven’t understood how it has happened. I booked the room in one hotel, but the website chose another hotel and booked room there. The moderators didn’t check the info, but I noticed it too late. When I contacted the moderators, they told me that it was my mistake and I wasn’t attentive. It was really bad and unprofessional from their side not to help me.
