www.finlace.com / Impossible to reach them and customer services were useless

I have found flat on the website www.finlace.com. I needed more info about it, but the online chat agents were offline all the time. I tried to contact them by phone, but it was impossible. It was busy or no one picked the phone. After 2 days the ad about this flat was gone. I was so angry and wanted to warn other people. It was a nightmare to call them all the time. People, find another website.
