SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / The rep started to tell terrible things and of course no refund

I used the web hosting services of the company, because they promised money back if the customer wasn’t happy or there were some problems with the website. I received the help and the website didn’t work after that. I told them to help, and I didn’t tell them to return money back, but the rep became nervous and told some awful things to me. I was so upset that they behaved like this. It wasn’t professional from their side.
