I'm waiting for refund
I have ordered a Christmas gift from www.elanlinen.com.au and never heard anything from these people. I did not receive a payment confirmation and there was also no tracking number. When I tried to get in touch with ElanLinen customer care service they simply did not reply. The worst part was when I went to their website and status of my order changed for "not in stock"! But when I bought it there was nothing said about that. I'm still waiting for some explanation and of course for my money back.
Very poor customer service
I have ordered a sheet set from ElanLinen website and it took a long time to receive it. Made my order in early March and received it only three month later. All that time while I was waiting I tried to get some information from ElanLinen customer service, but they were not able to tell me where my order was. Every time I asked them to cancel my order they refused and said that I have to be more patient.
Very poor customer service and they gave me a really hard time.

Awful website, so better avoid these guys. I have ordered from the website www.elanlinen.com.au. I placed the order 20 days ago, but the seller provided only wrong dates of the delivery. He was very slow and couldn’t tell the precise day or time, when I would get the order. But a week ago he simply started to ignore my emails. I want only money back and stop this scam.

you can't complain for these people
People, don’t deal with the company www.elanlinen.com.au. I ordered bedding cover and cushions from them, but these people fooled me. They haven’t delivered the order and provided some fake excuses and promises. I called to the customer services and told that I wanted to complain, but they immediately hung up. After that it was impossible to reach their customer services.
I think this company is good to dealt with as I have placed order from them twice and my first order reached on time but my second one got bit delayed but the items were good
The delivery was delayed and seller didn't respond
I ordered set for kids and bed cover from the company www.elanlinen.com.au. I paid for the order about $150 and the delivery was for free. Also the seller provided all required information about the purchase. But there was some delay and the seller didn’t warn me about it. I waited 3 weeks and started to worry. As well as the seller didn’t respond to my emails. I won’t advise other people to buy from this website.
