People, don’t order food from the company www.eat24hours.com. When we ordered from them, the rep told us that the delivery would take 30 minutes. We waited 3 hours and tried to reach someone from the company. No one replied to our phone calls. The website is real ###, so be careful. As well as these jerks charged us and haven’t returned money back. The worst services and not recommended place, where to buy food.
Eat24 - they haven't delivered my food
I ordered Chinese food from the company www.eat24hours.com. It was bad experience, ‘coz these jerks didn’t provide food at all. I placed the order at 6.30 and waited till 10 p.m, but they didn’t deliver it. After that I sent them emails and asked to return money back, but they ignored my request. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with these people. It might be very useful info for other people.
Eat24 - awful attitude and services
Two weeks ago we ordered pizzas from the website www.eat24hours.com. It was real disaster, ‘coz we placed the order and they charged us within couple of minutes, but after that all crap started. We got the phone call that the driver couldn’t find our house and the rep tried to persuade me that we provided wrong address. As well as he offered to cancel the order and behaved like real jerk. Not recommended company and better avoid them. Waste of time and money.
I'll never order from eat24 again this is the 2nd time I've ordered something and had to call customer service because they were taking way too long or the app was not working correctly I'm really over it at this point i loves the app at first because the prices are good but I'm done with it now ! I'm pissed i had to cancel my order
