SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They charged me, but the booking was cancelled

I decided to book hotel through the company I booked it and provided the card info, but all my order was in process. After couple of minutes, I got the email, and it was mentioned that the booking was cancelled. I checked my account, but money went away. WTF? I tried to call to the company, but the machine replied all the time. Help me, please!
