horrible customer service
It used to be an ordinary company. Not the best one, but also not the worst one. I liked it and been with them for a couple of years. So I don't understand what happened to them and their customer service. Did they hire new people and forgot to train them?
It took them about 3 or 4 weeks to ship my order. It never happened before.
Moreover, it's been one month since they shipped it and there's no sign of it. I live in the USA, I don't understand what kind of problem could happen that they stopped working well.
I called them yesterday, was on hold for about 20 minutes, I asked to give me a tracking information. They did, but it was false.
Right now I am calling again and been on hold for fifteen minutes. Oh well.
At least, now I am absolutely sure I am done with them.

I bought some stuff for my dog and several coupons from the company www.doggyloot.com. I waited 12 days and heard and got completely nothing from these scammers. I was really upset, but I tried to find them and get money back. No one replied to my requests and emails. Please, help me to find these ### and stop these fake charges. As well as post comments if you have the same problems with this company. Together we can stop them.
