SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / No confirmation, no date of delivery

I ordered lamp from the company The process of ordering and paying was so easy. I placed the order 3 days ago, but they didn’t confirm it. They haven’t provided the confirmation email and I still haven’t received the approximate date of delivery. It is terrible situation, because the seller’s information on the website is completely useless. They haven’t responded to the messages, which I have sent to them through the website.
