DHGate.com charged twice

I bought an item from dhgate and was charged twice. I have not been able to get any information from dhgate and their customer service is completely non existent. They only show one transaction on thier end and the one item is supposed to be shipped and I have received confirmation for that one, which is fine. However, the other item doesn't exist supposedly and has no record of being shipped (if the transaction came out on the same day I should have 2 orders shipped, right?). But no.

I have continuously attempted to resolve this. They are the worst. Beware. Low prices but youll end up paying twice so how low are the prices really?!

I will never shop with them again!

DHGate.com no product delivered

I paid $50 in FEB 2018 for products which I never received till date JULY 2018. Consistent follow up with seller was useless. Registered a complaint through chat and email but nothing worked. Funny customer service, they want us to contact the seller for refund. How can DHGate release payment when the customer order is not delivered? When they have the authority to release our payment I surprised they want us to contact seller for resolution. Then why do you have a customer service in place? The buyers can directly deal with the sellers. DHGate is not able to resolve this $50 issue and Im not sure how they will manage bigger disputes. Seems like not only the seller cheat here but also DHGate itself is a scam. I had posted the review in the product page but no resolution. Multiple follow up with the customer care but a useless message telling to contact the seller and no other solutions. Very very very disappointed. I will never suggest this site for anyone and if anyone is using this site I will straight forward inform them not to rely. I will keep posting this review everywhere possible until I get a solution for the dispute.

DHGate.com wrong hair and length received

This is for PO# [protected], bought on 6/23/18 from seller EASYHAIRPRODUCTS. I wanted to buy some hair for braiding. I did my research and noticed that easyhairproducts had a high/good ratings. I contacted the seller BEFORE purchase and asked if the hair was for braiding/twist (as I didn't want a weave). They confirmed it was. So I purchased 3 lengths: 12, 14 and 16 inches.

I got the hair and noticed that it had a weft (usually this is for weaving), and 4 inches of waste/straight hair. That means to use the hair for braiding as intended you would have to cut off the 4 inches of hair dramatically reducing the length of the hair.

Also, the supposedly 16 inches bundle was actually 13 inches! I contacted the seller and told them I would like to return the hair; the hair had waste hair included in the length and the wrong length was sent. They went back and forth that I used the hair. I sent pictures through the chat that I only looked at the hair. It's the same as received. After over 20 emails, the seller finally agreed to give me a $20 discount if I promise not to write a review/feedback. I disagreed because $20 wasn't enough for me to allow them to rip off another customer. We exchanged 33 emails before I opened a dispute with DH GATE.

To get information on how to do this I did an online chat and the representative told DH GATE would not release the money to the seller until the dispute was resolved and "I'm happy."

I opened the dispute on July 10, 2018 and an analyst by the name of Lucy emailed me on 07.11.18. She requested "evidence" and I sent you pictures showing the length of the hair, the weft and the waste hair. she emailed me back, thanking me for the "strong evidence" and agreed that the waste hair shouldn't be included in the actual length of the seller must have a disclaimer on the site. She told me not to worry I will help you. Days past without a word. I kept emailing her until 07.22.18 she sent me an email that the seller sent her pictures of the hair they sold me. There were no attachments. I responded and asked how could the seller have pictures of the hair that I have in my possession. I know they do not take pictures of every bundle of hair they sold and they was no picture attached to her email.

I emailed her her on July 30th and 31st, no response. I did an online chat and was informed that the money was released to the seller! I was in shock. The dispute was still open. I was told DH GATE would not releasde the money until it's resoleved. I looked at the account and it says dispute closed.

The representative "Sid" ask me to show him screenshots of emails with Lucy. He noted that she said there was strong evidence so he wasn't sure why she released the money and closed the dispute (and didn't inform me). He was going to send her a message to reopen the case.

Well Lucy contacted me the day after the online chat, on 08.02.18, stating now that she has the evidence she'll contact the seller! Can you believe it? All those emails I sent her, all those pictures, and she agreed with me, then she ignored my emails for weeks, then released the money to the seller and closed the case.

DH GATE is a allowing some of these Chinese sellers to rip off Americans. But I won;t stop until I get back my money.

I should note that the seller wanted me to send back the hair after the dispute was opened and I disagreed. They wanted me to send the hair back, then they could lie that it came back damaged and so they would get both the hair and the money! (this was what I wanted to do before the dispute and they refused to pay the shipping after sending me the wrong hair and incorrect length).

Someone should make DH GATE accountable. Buyers are using their site and relying on them to screen their sellers or intervene honestly when a crooked seller slip through and rip off someone. "Lucy and Easyhairproducts are Chinese and probably had side conversations and decided to stiff me.

I need my money back/refund! DH Gate please do the right thing.

DH GATE.com is a crook and very dishonest. I have over 50 emails but yet you were unable to contact me. Buyers stay away from these crooks! They are working with Chinese sellers to rob your money. You should be ashamed of yourselves DH GATE!. I wait anxiously for the law to catch up with you and shut you down permanently! Thieves!

Please note this is AFTER I got an email that they released my money to the seller! I went onlinr and the dispute was CLOSED! All crooks over at DHGATE! But the fight continues because you won't just take my money and I let it go. I'm contacting every agency in America until someone starts to investigate DHGATE. $195 you robbed from me is going to cost you much, much, much more!

See below the last email I got from "Lucy." Yet Raine you're just noted above that I DID NOT submit evidence. All buyers please see below. I'm unable to upload the pdf. But I have all these emails thjat I'm using to build a case against DHGATE.

That's why I'm sticking with AMAZON! At least I can call and get a customer service representative, that also speaks English, and Amazon would not allow crooks to rip off buyers!

Raine, " all of you at DHGATE are crooks! "If the seller doesn't agree we can't help." I was going to take these to the police to show that DHGATE is allowing these thieves from China to rob buyers.

I have emails from "Lucy" telling me I gave provided STRONG evidence and the seller didn't. She was going to tell the seller to issue refund.

So you're saying one thing and someone else another. I'm collecting all the emails, the chat calls I saved and what you just said to contradict all the lies DHGATE has been telling me. You're all very dishonest people.

BUYERS BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE!

I won't stop until I get my money. So you rob the wrong person. Shame on DHGATE for allowing this to happen!

Picture shows "dispute closed, " yet Lucy sent me an email o 08.02.18 letting me know she is contacting the seller. She is just trying to patronize me!
(Please excuse the blurriness of the pictures. It's the best my cell phone is doing)

Also, I have numerous email correspondence and dozens of pictures, if you want them DH Gate. But I know I need back my money.

I bought this item and it is in no way what you see in the picture, tried contacting seller, and it costs the buyer $60 to return product, and seller won't pay for the return shipment fee, I have been contacting dh gate for about 2 months now with no resolution to my refund for this item, it is made of very cheap material and again it is in no way shape or form what it looks like in the picture! Seller turned off notifications and won't even respond to dh gate team! This seller sends you a product that is not the product pictured

On 22/6/2018, I order A Men Shoulder sling backpack for US 58.66, thr payment is defuct From my debit card. on 25/6/2018 I received email stated that my order has been shipped out with tracking no. LZ504331077CN and can get updated logistics information within 7 days. But every I check, there were no information available, so I checked in China Post, it show that there is no shipping record. This mean that all the while, my order were not sent as claim by the seller "tvoguet", and every time I try to online chat
With him, immediately it turn to "we are available.. leave messages, get back assp, etc." But the questions/messages were never answer Or reply. Now it already 27 days, I never receive any news From the seller. Therefore, I hope dhgate can take immediate action to resolve my problem.

After deduct payment from my debit card, on 25/6/2018, i receive A email stated that my package has been shipped out and tracking no. LZ504331077CN provided. I will updated logistic information of my package within 7 days and the package delivery period is between 10 to 30 days. But until today, the information is not available and

DHGate.com the worst service possible

They went and cancelled my order without notice. Put a hold on my account to verify my card after using that same card for multiple purchaes already. Asked me to confirm my i.d. via pictures of my credit card. Also asked for pictires of my cvv code which i declined. Then was prompted to send those pictures to safety centre which i did. Now they are claiming they never received my information after answering me two days later in the exact same email thread that the photos were sent in. Im smelling fraud.

Hmmm. I have been trying to order merchandise from DHGate for several months now and each order has been declined. When I inquired as to the reason for the declinations, they replied that my account has been "restricted" and are now asking for a copy of my bank statement showing previous activity (there isn't any because they have never accepted one order that I sent them) plus all of the information that they are now asking you for. In my 82
years on this planet, I cannot ever recall any merchant asking me for such detailed information for the "privilege" of handing them my hard-earned money.

I am also declining to do so because, like you, I am too am suspecting fraud.

Item was asked for specific date they said they could do. Then problem with customs according to seller, said would resend I said not to bother. They said they would refund me. They ignore my messages and I have opened a dispute. I wanted to get in touch with your sales manager tony as customer services are useless... Just repeating the same advice open a dispute... Where is my refund?. People like eyedeal turn any experience with dh gates into a bad one... I have been told to check the pist office.. Cant without a card saying attempted delivery.. DHGate.com complaint on the po#[protected], aks detector

Dear sir,
We had purchased the mention product AKS DECTECTOR for PO#[protected].
Before sending this product we had informed the concern to check the item and ship it
as it is long route from the place of receiving. As soon as we received the courier we found
the CD was blank in which we did not find the system of working.

Next we had sent mails about the problem of the item, Light indicator on the penal box was not working
and we had checked on the fields, ground, and wild forest, it moves to direction but not rotating
on the material, as we compared on youtube.com. Many times we mailed along with video
there is no proper reply for it. This item is useless for what we wish, it is sort that we have wasted
our money simply, so we request to check this or replace it which rotates or pay back our amount.
So please assume this as final complaint.

DHGate.com 6 in 1 ultrasonic cavitation vacuum radio frequency machine for spa

Though I would try getting a piece of equipment for my spa from DHgate. BIG MISTAKE! got the machine in on Thursday afternoon and packed my new toy to discover there are no instructions or manual. Find instructional video on YouTube and followed it step by step. Turned it on and the computer face of the machine would now boot up. Just a blank screen. Research everything I could find to make the computer face to boot up and nothing. Can not get any help at DHgate. Started a Dispute and now they say they can only help me if I close the dispute. Has anyone disputed DHgate and did you get your money back? I think I am screwed. Over $500.00 Ouch!

DHGate.com no service. fraude

I ordered several items payment went true immediately afterparty 4days it still says payment still has not arrived.

I also cancelled one of the orders.

I want to Knox how i van het a refund for thé item en confirmation about the rest.

For 4days i have been trying to het answers but there are only robots replying with standard sentences, no reply on email.
Even true facebook and messenger a robot with a standard reply.

Al i get is go to live chat robots sending me to others there are i think no People money is gone.

I fefused the order now they won't give me my money back. They keep calling and harassing me trying to convince me to keep the hair when I don't want it . I'm gonna take them to court if this issue doesn't get resolved. I need my money for my bills. I should not have to go through this about my own money. They has poor customer service skills and I will never purchase anything from them again!

I made a purchase 03-25-2018 for a black pair of air Jordan's 18 tracking #LS896451814CN

I have not received it as yet, on 17-03-2018 a package came to my house with a pair of insoles. I'm still waiting for my shoe I'm trying to get to you for the last months now re: emails & phone call but you don't rely to emails nor phone call. I would like my order or a refund. This is evidence that the transaction was done.  I'm so disappointed by your company I've been trying to contact you for the last 3 months and you haven't responded to one of my emails your phone lines is always busy no matter what time of morning or day it is but you enjoyed taking my $53 your a scam. I would like to make a formal coplaint. Hgate and seller Galry failed to process my refund. DHgate talks about payment protection plan but there is no protection plan. I have been chasing over a year for my refund to be processed as i never received the item. I gave Galry chances after chances for redelivery and they failed. Galry kept telling me there is a delay and I waited. then i asked for refund but they didn't

It is Dhgate is a platform for Chinese thieves. Thieves are using dhgate to scam people around the world. Dhgate know about what all these thieves are doing in their website. What Dhgate do with those thieves? Dhgate make them to share part of their stealing money with them. How Dhgate do it? DHGate.com wigs

I never heard so much nonsense that I can't buy a wig off DHgate cause of your credit card verifying process. Because I haven't bought off DHgate since 2010 that's a problem why I can't buy a wig off here, what's that got to do with anything? My credit card is ligit
And I want to purchase a wig on here. All my orders got cancelled. One of the wigs I ordered that got cancelled the number for that was [protected]. Your company couldn't verified it and l I don't know why, all my details are correct and the same as 2010 the details are the same from back in 2010, nothing had changed. The same detaild for eg. Is my name, address, credit card numbers, my CVV number is the same and my cell number too. So why can't I be verified for any of my purchases? You must loose thousands and thousands of dollars because of this process. It's unfortunate u have a lot of good affordable wigs on DHgate and I could of bought heaps off your company.

DHGate.com refund not given - my evidences was ignored order no:[protected] fake chanel items were sold on dhgate

Hi

i am totally upset now with dhgate, i am a regular customer on their site. I purchased my items from them. Now i made a mistake, because i gave instant positive rating to a seller without inspecting the goods. I opened the box and i saw there are Sublime de Chanel mascaras in that. Those were absolutely different from the original, the item's size was 10g on it, during the original one is 6g... so after i noticed these items are absolutely knock off and were different from the seller's listing...Dhgate has an "after sale dispute option" which does not work in my case. Representative just ignored my valid pictures and said those are insufficient without any reason and closed the case and released the payment to seller. Now i have fake Chanel items and i cannot sell it cause these are counterfeits.. Seller id: king2028 with only 90.9 positive rating. I would like to get back my money for this order or i will complain further to Chanel and i will seek the brand's owner and my credit card company for chargeback! My email is: [protected]@gmail.com
