Cannot log in to my Dashlane account and access my passwords
I cannot log into my Dashlane account. My Master PW is not working. I have tried everything that your site advises and used the Dashlane chat support but I have been unsuccessful so clearly I must have forgotten my PW. At this point I have been told by your on line tech support articles that the only thing that I can do is download the app and start over, losing all of my PWs. This is terrifying.
I understand that you do not store Master PWs but you should be able to verify me via my email (and other means) and allow me to change / reset my Master PW. Every financial institution, Social Security and medical institutions have the same obligation to protect their clients and all of them allow customers to reset their passwords when passwords are lost. They verify customers via email and send codes to allow a reset. I am extremely frustrated and upset.
Desired outcome: Allow me to reset my Dashlane master password and gain access to my original account with all of my passwords.

I believe I have been a subscriber to dashlane for four years. I loved the application and suggested to my base of five thousand they should try the application. It saddens me to compose this, I am left with no options at this point.
My problem began in late 2020, the application the (ios version only). The application for my desktop works perfectly as had the ios application before the aforementioned time. the problem; ios version v6.2114.0.44852 will not fill in the Username and Password fields. I have read the support articles such as Dashlane isn't working on a specific website, still not auto-populating-also Using Dashlane to autofill passwords with IOS. still not auto-populating. after that I contacted support, due to the overwhelming popularity of Dashlane, the support is very slow to respond, when they do they are professional. To this day 4/30/2021, they have not solved my problem. I have had to subscribe to a competitor, after a trial period the IOS version of the application is working as previous versions of Dashlane did, perfectly. Used Dashlane for 2-3 years. Premium version. Recently upon updating to V6 it deleted itself from my desktop. Contacted support via email and received a response the next day asking for more info. Several days went by and did not hear a thing. Contacted them several times via chat and through Facebook and constantly I am being told that my ticket is now level 2 and they will contact me soon. 2 weeks went by and I am shopping for a new PM since Dashlane support does not exist.

Dashlane was not working correctly on my tablet.
Used Dashlane and must say that the software itself is great! But there was one small problem. It was not working correctly on my tablet. Font size was very small and there was no option to change it. When I went to Dashlane I tried to contact their support team, but unfortunately they ignored me. So I deleted the program. I'm very disappointed. But I still hope to get some help.

It was inconvenient and the font was small. I could hardly see what was happening on the website and what button I needed to press. It was inconvenient for my job and I started to use another website. I think that they need to improve their website.

My Dashlane setup is at 95%. What is failing is the Emer Contact. It was a email address. I've entered varios Emails like my wife or friends but it still comes back with "add a valid email" ?! What to do?
