Worst customer service!
I'm very disappointed with CuteBabyBuy! I've ordered something for my kids and they messed up the whole order! When I contacted them their customer support said that they were very sorry and promised they'll ship the correct order as soon as possible.
I sent everything back and later received a message from CuteBabyBuy stating that my order was shipped.
Waited weeks and nothing! I contacted them again and they said that my original order was not in stock and offered me a refund! What? Previous time they said that it was shipped! Liars!
So I told them to cancel my order and they promised I'll get my money back within few days.
I never received my money back and these guys from CuteBabyBuy keep telling me they need more time. Avoid this scam at all costs!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
The seller didn't deliver orders and they only promised to provide any news
I ordered educational toys for my son from the company www.cutebabybuy.com. I placed order and after I made the payment, I haven't received any confirmation email or receipt. I contacted the customer services and asked about my order, the rep promised to check my order and called back. No one called me back, and I still haven't received my order. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
