www.customzled.com review: One month and still no information about the order 1

My brother bought interior kit from the company www.customzled.com. It was one month ago, but the seller still hasn’t delivered the order. Every day he sent emails and messages, but it was really fruitless. The company doesn’t provide any information regarding the purchase. He doesn’t know what to do next, but we both know that the delivery can’t take so much time. So please maybe any ideas how to solve this problem.
