Disappointed
Purchased two caps from www.customizedwear.com website. It took them a long time to deliver my order, way longer than I expected. One cap was fine, exactly like I wanted, but second one was dirty and there were some dirty stains on it. Wanted to return it for a replacement but their representative claimed they do not accept returns. I have ordered from them in the past and never had any issues. This time they disappointed me a lot.
The box arrived damaged and with the delay
I have bought hat from www.customizedwear.com. This company has real problems with the delivery, because it was delayed. But when I finally got it, the box was damaged and the hat was lost. I took pictures of the box and sent them to the owner, but he hasn’t responded. He simply didn’t want to solve the problem, which he has created. He got everything what he wanted from me.
No money back and the order wasn't mine and defective
I didn’t like the website www.customizedwear.com, because the company provided me wrong order and the box was defective. I didn’t like it as well. I sent them couple of emails and told that it wasn’t worth it to buy from them, because the order has been defective and damaged. But they haven’t replied. As well as they haven’t returned my money back, but I asked to do it.

Don’t deal with the company www.customizedwear.com. I purchased hats from this company, but the seller wasn’t accurate with the orders. The package was badly wrapped and the box was damaged. Therefore, all hats were dirty and some of them were destroyed at all. I sent couple of photos to the seller and told that it was the worst deal, but he didn’t care and ignored my complaints. Simply avoid this website and don’t rely on them.
