SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / the seller didn't help or provide support

I bought video game for my boyfriend from I placed the order in the end of May, but after that they didn’t deliver my order. I think that they have lost it, but I have no proof. The customer services also didn’t provide any help or support, because they don’t care. They received their money and they didn’t want to solve problems or reply to your questions. Avoid these people at all costs. Not recommended.
