Returned a CDj 2000 nexus because it arrived broken. Worth over 1800 dollars. They said they would replace it. I sent it back and have never heard from the again. I have tried to get in contact with them for years...nothing. It's very hard to just forget about being robbed like this. I found the domain name for sale online. I feel sorry for who ever buys it because they are just buying a bad name.
Unethical Behaviour
Buyers beware. Very negative shopping experience. I purchased a camera which was going to be a gift, so time was important. I purchased the camera ten days ago and have contacted them multiple times since then asking for a tracking number. They do not want to hear any extra questions or concerns and hang up on you if you try. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from these shady sellers. Tell everyone you know the same. Dishonest people. They have promised me I will see tracking information in one hour. Its been days and every time I call they keep promising and breaking the promises. I have e-mailed with a complaint and asked them to forward the complaint to there boss or manager and warned them that if I do not hear from them I will be posting feed-backs with my shopping experience.
Dishonest seller and he mislead customers
I ordered TV projector from the company www.CrispDeals.com. I can’t reach the seller and no idea where my order is. Everything was ok and I got the confirmation info and the seller promised to provide all updates about my purchase. After that nothing. I tried to reach them, but all my emails were returned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
