www.craftsewplus.com / card hasn't been charged and seller lied to me

I bought yarn from www.craftsewplus.com. I placed the order on 8/9/14. After that I received the confirmation email. 7 days later I checked my mail box and it turned out that the seller didn’t charge me for the order, because there was problem with my card. I called to the bank and checked the card everywhere it was possible, but it was ok with my card. The seller lied to me and I haven’t delivered the order. Strange situation!!!
