I checked my checking account and noticed that $54.95 was debited from my account. I called my bank they give me the #[protected]. When you call you will get a recorded telling you to email www.contacteverprivate.com. When you email you can't notify anyone. This is ridiculous why companies want to scam. I guess i just lost 54.95.
To whom this may concern, I am trying to get back my $49.95 that was debited from my account on July 7th. I did not give these people any permission what so ever to withdraw money from my account!
I went to my bank this morning 07/07/2007, to take care of some other financial business. Then I asked the teller for my current balance which was totally different from the balance that I had. So, I had the Branch Manager run a print out of my account and this is when I noticed that my checking account was debited $54.95 from everprivate. The bank gave me this number to call #[protected]. The sad think about this is that I never visited their web site or nor do I authorize any type of services from these crooks. When you call you will get a recorded telling you to email www.contacteverprivate.com. When you email you can't notify anyone. Has anyone had this similiar problem happen to them and were you all successful in getting a refund back from the company, if yes how long did it take and how were you able to make any contact with them. If someone out there has any information could you please share this with me so that I will not have to reinvent the wheel.
The [protected] is not working either! The message says the hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 p.m. eastern standard time, please call back during normal business hours - then it hangs up. I am in that time zone - where is customer service!?!
I have had money taken out of my account too. Did not give permission to do so either. If anyone else has any other luck with recovering anything?
I am sick and tired of all this BS... I am a single parent mother with 4 children one being physical disable and this company is taking money from my account for my son's SSI... it's bad enough that we have criminals living in and out of our accounts... let alone living in this COUNTRY! I work too hard to make ends meet for my children and I do not LIVE OFF THE SYSTEM... P-OFF!
Why is it that my account was debited 54.95 When I did Not Authorized it. And then you can't even put my money back into my account I have to wait for a Dam check this is not professional at all. I really wish there was some legal action I could take to ensure you people will not be doing this to other people.
What the F--- are you people doing.? Stop ripping me off.! Another $49.95 a day after I ask for a refund on two other transactions.
Well my wife signed up for a loan and like everyone else we were ripped off for 49.95. But unlike most people I will do this personally. I'm retired and have nothing else to do so I'll investigate this find where the place of Biz is and pay a personal visit to them and how knows maybe there family members also. People who pray off others like these crooks do not deserve to go unnoticed.
This comment or complaint is the same as above and is apparently the second claim due to twice being billed, once for $49.95 and another for $54.95.
This happened to me twice, once on April 17th for $49.95, and again on 22nd of June for $54.95, each time costing me $24.00 in overdraft notices, resulting in negative fund charges and returned checks. I will except my refunds but feel I'm due more than the $104.90 .
I had $49.95 taken out of my account and didn't apply for anything. I want my money back.
I received a statement with an over draft on my account i called the number the customer service re[p from the bank gave me. The man told me to go to this web site and fill out this form in which i cant find does any one know how to get a refund from these rip of artist.
I just feel like i got totally ripped off. I did not agree to have this transaction debited from my account. If i hit a button, i must have made a mistake because i would not agree to purchase any kind of card online.
I did not submit for this card refund my money and I was neg with the bank. I'm not interested.

I did not give permission to take $ 54.95 out of my account. I want my money back, or i will contact the police department!
I applied for loans on the inter net last week and called to check the status of my checking account on 6/28/07, there had been a check draft in the amount of 49.95 from this company or person everprivate card on 06/27/07. the number they gave no person on the line [protected] only a voice machine telling to email their web site.
Hi My name is Abu Amin I tried to apply for a loan where they withdraw $49.95 out of my account with out my knowledge now I am in a bigger debt then before trying to get loan and i get out of debt and i fall in a bigger hole.
I too have been ripped off by this company. I have turned it over to the attorney general and the bank both. I am now short on my rent but I did receive some satisfaction when I ripped the poor kids head off who answered the phone to take my call!
$54.95 was deducted from my checking account twice and i am demanding a refund ASAP or i will report this to consumer fraud!
I have actually talked to someone live at [protected] there is a hold time of course but they have redirected me to the site www.contact@everprivate.com and www.contacteverprivateservice.com. I did finally get into the site that lets you request a refund they man instructed me to go back to the site on Monday since today is Friday and that I would have a check in the mail by the end of the week. Who knows I guess we'll see.
I am contacting you on credit solutions.com its a cram. They get you to get help by combining your credit cards together then they say they will work with you. But they never get back to you but they take money out of your account. Which they took $204.88 from my account. I don't have that much money to throw away. They do not return your calls or if you send them a email it comes back saying it is unknown. What a company that is!
I did not authorize this company to take any money from my family. I am going to the bank in the morning... I wont my refund...

I want my money back this has caused a check to bounce in my account.
Money was taken out without me knowing and overdrew my account. I just want my money back.
I never authorized for these funds to be taken out of my account, now my account is going to be overdrawn.
I was searching for a loan to start a business when I got scammed. I found a debit for $54.95 after two deposits were made for $.04 and $.01 made by Ever Private Card. It seems they are only private to themselves because the phone number is bogus.
I do not have financial and this really hurts. That money could have bought two days worth of groceries for my family. I want my hard earned money back! I do fully intend to contact the Better Business Bureau on this one.

I did apply for a credit card online, but what I didn't know was they were a per paid card company. Now that my money has been taken out of my account I just now get information about them. I don't have online service and i have to go through all this red tape to get my money back!
They withdrew $54.95 without me authorize them to. I am a widow with limited income. This is a scam!
This stinking evercard did the same to me. They should beshot- I am outraged- how do I get my money back?
It's funny... you go looking to get money and then once you figure they want to charge you money you don't have you EXIT... then a few days later, BAM you are hit with a FEE you know nothing about.
I DID NOT GIVE THIS PLACE MY BANKING INFORMATION, I GAVE IT TO ANOTHER COMPANY BUT STILL NEVER AGREED TO ANYTHING BEING DEDUCTED.
I"M FURIOUS, because now I'm OVER in my account and I'm also going to get hit with a stinking bank Fee. I say we get together and EXPOSE these as***les!
Send me a message if your interested and let me know where you live, please.
Thanks.
Just by visiting a site they took 54.95 out of my account twice and when you call the number it is a recording, I finally talked to someone and all i got was a run around.
54.95 was taking out of my account without my knowledge. I need my money back. It put me over drown.
This will be the 3rd or 4th time that i have gone to this website to complain about the poor customer service that i have been subjected to regarding the status of my refund. I hope tat this time this matter will finally be resolved.
The way "everPrivatecard" is not right. $49.95 was taken from my checking account without my consent and I want my money back. I have notified my bank and I am researching how to take legal action and report everprivatecard to the better business Bureau. If my demands are not meet and receive my money back.
I did not authorize the amount of $49.95 from my checking account. And I want my money return to my account or returned to. So lets tart the process. I have also notify my bank of this illegal transaction.
I don't know who these people are and how they got my information but $54.95 was taken out of my account.
I never did allow everprivate to deduct 49.95 with check # 9999 to my bank account I am going to prosecute this to the full extent of the law.
I don't know what the hell you all are trying to prove but I am gonna contact my lawyers and let them know that you all are going into peoples checking account and getting money out without their permission this is not right and if you do not return my funds I will sue you all for fraud.
I went to make a deposit today and they said we were overdrawn! They stole 49.95 from us as well and now we have 56.00 in overdraft charges! I want the names and phone numbers of these crooks and I will be pursuing further action against them, if anyone has any information on them let me know and I will do like wise!
I got a payday loan online and notice a fee of $54.95 was taken from my checking account. I notified everprivate card by email two times and still have not gotten a correct response.
