As all the others,
I made a booking for a hotel in the US (Boston) beginning of June. But due to business reasons I had to cancle it (1 month in advance to the travel). And they confirmed the refunding within 7 days by email. No refund until now (August). I tried to call them more than 30 times, they hang up the phone.
I sended a complaint via their homepage - no action. I sended emails - no reply.
Now the lawyers will do the rest...
I will not stop.
By the way: the company is located in Istanbul, Turkey: Bilsen Turizm Ve Insaa, Istanbul.
