I needed visa and called to the company I spoke with the rep and he told to provide the necessary papers and documents. I sent everything 3 weeks ago, but the rep called me two day ago and told that he hasn’t received some documents. But he talked too much and hasn’t told me what papers I need to submit again. I don’t like such attitude and the whole process took so much time.
