www.channelsale.com review: Impossible to stop the subscription 4

I heard about the website www.channelsale.com from my friend, who advised me to try their trial. I went to the website and subscribed for the trial. It was only $1 for 30 days, but I didn’t like the structure of the website and their tools. I wasn’t impressed and it wasn’t for me, maybe I needed something completely different. I decided to cancel the subscription, but these people didn’t react to my emails. I want to stop, so maybe someone can advise how to do it.

Hi….., The 1$ plan is actually great! If you feel that you don’t like the platform, you will have to contact ChannelSale ‘BEFORE the COMPLETION of the TRIAL Period’. If you wait till day 30 and then send your mail, it may take a while before your request can be processed. This is mainly because as is stated by the company at the time of signing in, after the completion of the 30th day you will be directly signed in for the 49$ plan. This is not a scam but a systemized approach in the part of the company that saves them and their clients’ valuable time to redo the signing in process all over again.

Communication and updates have been very prompt from ChannelSale. I have not had any serious complains so far. I remember dropping a mail for urgent assistance once which got responded to in 4 DAYS! Turns out that the volume of mails they receive everyday causes the delays. While I was fuming for a while, things got sorted out slowly yet effectively in time. I one thing more… I feel it is necessary to know the services that they will provide in the package you choose very clearly so that you don’t end up expecting services that you may not qualify for.

We were told set up of our account would take 3-4wks max.
We continuously had to email to get updates and provided the merchant 12wks to complete set up, at that point we were fed up and since this was taking longer and did not work for us anymore, we canceled set up and canceled service. We paid for 2mts for "Service" when we were unable to even log in and use the service.. channel sale now keeps beating around the bush in emails saying they want us to reconsider due to the amount of effort they "tried" to set up.. we do not care how much effort they tried, the point is they did not finish or complete what we paid for. We have filed a dispute and have now hired an attorney to take care of this.

BEWARE.. IF YOU PAY IN ADVANCE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND NOT REFUND YOU!
