I ordered three hats from the company www.capwholesalers.com. I received the confirmation email from the seller, but the seller hasn’t informed me that the order has been sent. I emailed him and he told me that “yes” it was sent, and he promised to provide the details of the shipping. But it was only blah-blah. I need some help, because the seller didn’t send the details and information. What will you do in such situation?

    Hi, Please provide me with your order number and I will get you the tracking information requested. We normally send it to the email address you provide. You might check your spam and junk mail folder to see if the information ended up there. If you don't have it, email me the order number at joelle@capwholesalers.com and I will get it to you. Please also provide me with your email address in case the one we have is not correct. Sorry for your trouble with getting the information you need. Thanks, Joelle
