www.capcom.com / They asked me to pay for the game

I downloaded the game from the website www.capcom.com. I couldn’t open it, but after a week I received the email from the website. They mentioned that I haven’t paid for the game, so I needed to transfer money ASAP. I was a little bit confused, ‘coz I haven’t thought that the game cost some money. I tried to explain it to the seller, but this jerk didn’t react. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to solve the problem?
